Just got off the phone with "Mark the manager of sales" after being charged a month later for a different amount than the cancellation fee that was shared at the time I cancelled and that was also told to me that I would be charged that day for. Everyone at this gym is extremely rude, unprofessional and takes no pride in taking care of the space - they are clueless and never have an answer or explanation for issues (for example this). They are quick to send you to corporate but give you a number that only leaves a voicemail with no actions taken. There's often no cleaning supplies, weights are never re-racked and shortage of equipment all the time (missing dumbbells', broken machines, single quantities of the most popular equipment) making your workout 3x longer than it should be. I would advise to go elsewhere as there's plenty of other gyms right down the road (brand new Gold's, LA fitness, OneLife) with much better accommodations and staff. Lastly, the amount of inappropriate members and harassing actions that have been reported to staff with no action taken is actually insane this day and age.

Refused to let me use a visitor pass that I had just signed up for. I had a friend I was going to meet and also would not let them use a guest pass. Wanted me to pay $29 for a day pass. For a gym that does not have free parking and costs $9.. who would go here.. why would I come back

Eye had a great experience at this gym tonight. I was helped by Jaylin, (forgive me if I misspelled the name). He did a great job taking care of my gym needs without any hesitation. He’s a model employee and knows how to implement efficient customer service. Unfortunately I have to cancel my membership (which was the best deal and location in my area) due to some traveling reasons. I have to also mention Brandon who is one of the managers who has always been an absolute delight to deal with in the past as well. I have ran into Brandon around town and even outside of the gym he’s a model employee and guards this establishment’s reputation the way a great manager should. Thanks Xsport Alexandria! Eye will definitely recommend you guys.

I have been a member since they opened, the facility because of Covid many things were not working examples (showers, steam room etc…)the new manager did an amazing job, you can tell he is fixing the place, now most machines are I working orders, the showers the steam room, the pool, very impressed, the least we can do is recognize when someone works hard and cares about the members on behalf of Xport! Thank you for your hard work, we appreciate you!

Did Xsport on King Street change ownership or something? I used to go pre-2020 and recently signed up for a membership. They no longer provide towels, the steam room is broken, the majority of the cardio equipment is out of order, they no longer offer post-workout smoothies, and there’s a random Scissor lift just hanging out near the women’s locker room? The staff was inept; I had to convince them to give me a tour of the facility after I signed up—as they sat on the counter chatting it up.I’m sending a certified letter to cancel my membership tomorrow.

This gym is a scam. I paid the registration fee of $ 190 and after 2 days they made the registration fee 0. I chose a package that I would pay $ 20 for every month, but they wanted to withdraw $ 53 from me. I wanted to cancel my membership, they didn't accept. And they just tried to withdraw $74 from my card. These are crooks, man, and the salon is unhygienic and old

This gym is great and you don't feel judged like some places. I've been coming here off and on for ten plus years, it has a good selection of equipment, a hot tub, pool, sauna , even steam rooms. Only reason it isn't getting 5 stars is the equipment is the same as I started, but they have a revamp of the place coming down the pipeline !

Overall, the facility is nice. However, they need more lightweight dumbbells to accommodate the large crowds. A few of the treadmills and stairmasters didn't work. Also, I recommend having staff wipe down equipment more frequently and putting the weights back because the people are too lazy to put them back themselves.

The gym is dimly lit and poorly ventilated, with a strong and unpleasant smell that hits you as soon as you enter. The equipment is old, rusted, and dirty, with stains and sweat marks all over the benches and machines. The floors are sticky and slippery, making it difficult to walk without feeling grossed out.The staff is unhelpful and unfriendly, and they seem to be more interested in their phones than helping customers. The trainers are either absent or disinterested in their clients, leaving them to figure out the equipment on their own.The other gym-goers are also rude and inconsiderate. They hog the equipment, leaving others waiting for their turn. They don't wipe down the machines after using them, leaving them covered in sweat and bacteria. They also make loud and obnoxious noises, disrupting the peace and quiet of the gym.Overall, the smelly, gross, and rude gym is an unpleasant and unwelcoming place, where people go to feel more stressed and uncomfortable than they were before.PS: Don't recommend the bathroom smells like devil's lettuce.

Glad We had a week pass here, the sign in process was easy and clear all thanks to Pablos great communications and transparency, If you live in area for long term I definitly think this Gym is a great one, though with some realistic expectation.Here's to save you sometime, overall this place is:- Good environment, Wellcoming staff- Great use of space, I think it has 3 levels- has swiming pool(it's cleaness rates can depends on how much youwant to swim)- Convenient, Free parking(sometime hard to find)- Has BasketBall Court but there's queue during busy hourNote: Bring your own lock.
