Yoga in Daily Life is the most unique yoga studio with amazing teachers! My personal favorite is Tanja - she’s incredibly gifted, cares about her students and their improvement. I’ve been going here for years and will continue to do so! If you’re looking for a place to strengthen your yoga practice, and learn to calm the mind, then this is the place you should check out! 🙂

Best practice that lines up with traditional yoga- definitely the essence and true beauty of yoga and which aligns with my journey! All the teachers are excellent, there is a class for everyone at every level and online classes are also seamless. The studio, itself, is beautiful. I highly recommend taking classes here. These teachers are gentle and understands that everyone has a different level of practice and challenges us with more advance options. To name some of my favorite teachers- Ron, Tanja, Madhu, Lakshmi, etc.

The instructors Ron and Tanja are excellent practitioners, who fully explain the asanas (positions) and associated benefits, and Chakras involved. They take a personal interest in students in am always helpful manner.

My favorite studio even though it's a long drive for me from DC. A more traditional practice than many of the area's commercial studios (this one is nonprofit). The asanas and breathing techniques are peaceful and relaxing, yet surprisingly effective at building strength and flexibility if practiced regularly.

I've learned so much about yoga postures, breathing, and meditation techniques here. I love the tranquil atmosphere and friendly teachers. Come here for instruction that is more in depth and energizing in regards to the ancient roots and wisdom of yoga!

Where I got started with yoga. People are really friendly. Instruction excellent both yoga and meditation. This is classic stuff. None of the gimmicks that pass off for yoga today. If you want a balance in your yoga between mind and body, you can't beat it here.
