So first of all I hate having to give any establishment a bad review but I just have to say something… first off the gym floor is great and the staff from my experience was great as well. But the men’s locker room and bathroom is where it all went downhill.. filthy beyond belief, everything from the sinks to the floor. Sinks had trash in it, floors were noticeably dirty and sticky, the changing area had trash all over and I’m pretty sure I saw bugs. I don’t even want to talk about the showers 🤢 I didn’t even feel safe with sandals I wanted to wear my shoes in there… the showers were disgusting. And to top it off there was a homeless guy butt naked smoking meth and drinking a tall bud light freestyle rapping at the top of his lungs… I felt bad for him and gave him a towel and some clothes and I told the front desk and they eventually called the police and I tried to tell the guy to leave but he was so far gone he didn’t know what I was saying and when I was just about leaving he was as well but it handcuffs.. so yeah 1 star for experience

I don't need to be greeted on my way in or out, but ALL staff are courteous and do greet you on your way in and out. They do their checks on equipment for cleaning. Everyone's doing good 👏🙂 thanks …

So I went to work out this morning as I walked in heading to scan my membership card, the employee was right there. Looked at me and didn't say anything which I said to her " good morning". Strange that as a customer/client I have to initiate a greeting.I've been coming to this gym for at least 3 years now and it seems that customer service doesn't mean anything these days. That includes greetings.Pre COVID employees were at least greeting you as you came in or were going out. Since I am writing a review I should touch basis with cleanliness.As I was working out I noticed one of the trash bins was full. I looked at the front desk and seen 3 employees doing literally nothing.I have visited numerous of PF gyms in Southern California. And in Las Vegas. I'm happy we got new equipment but definitely staff needs to improve on customer service and cleanliness.

So this gym has its fault, some not Too bad. But one thing I can't let go of is we are NEVER told or given a heads up or a warning of some kind when the gym will be closed for maintance. We have you show up just to be turned away. That's precious time taken, and it's really annoying.

Hey they have free weights, machines and cardio equipment, some smith machines but no barbell benches. There are benches. They are very clean. Great value. Like all gyms ya have to time it sometimes it's busy and you have to wait to use equipment. Oh and this is at most gyms... People sitting on equipment not working out but using their phone.

Love this gym! Only down-side is that they need more benches and smith machines. It gets so packed with people waiting in line for a machine. I think there are more treadmills than machines in my opinion lol. But I love it! Friendly community and welcoming staff.

The gym itself is great. However, as a paying customer I would hope there would be some type of parking security for planet fitness customers. There is no security. Last week while I was working out my car was broken into and the things in my car and trunk were stolen. Be aware everyone!! Because planet fitness does not care.

Great place for a workout and if you get a Black Card membership you can bring a friend all they need is ID. With the Black Card you can use the massage chairs plus more.
