As a fan of F45 workouts who has frequented other branches with great satisfaction, the Alhambra location, unfortunately, leaves a lot to be desired on the administrative front.Initially I got called to sign up and to put in my payment details and I gave my CC # over the phone. Then I get another text 10 minutes after asking if I wanted to sign up to which I respond what do you mean i just signed up and gave my info and was on the phone with you for the past 15 minutes. Turns out they put my credit cardo information on another persons account and charged my card. It was a simple mistake but I had to give my card information again and also wait for the wrong transaction to be reverted. The lack of accommodation for putting account on holdI contacted the gym to put my partners and my account on hold because of our wedding coming up. I send and email with no response I had to call instead. With planning and guest coming from out of town we needed a 2 week membership hold. F45 Alhambra couldn't put it on hold because they need 2 weeks of prior notice to put an account on hold. So between my partner and my membership $80 went to waste. I'm not impressed because other f45 gyms usually accommodate with putting account on hold right away. (I've gone to F45 Pasadena/ F45 Richmond Hill/ F45 Vaughan and when I've traveled they had no issue with putting the account on hold with less than 2 week notice)I get that you every gym has different polices but Instead of accommodating the hold due to our circumstances (a gym credit that can be applied later, partial credit, or pausing membership with a warning, ect.) There was nothing done and It just seems like they don't care about their members and is more concerned about taking your money instead. If they were able to accommodate we wouldn't have to cancel the membership. Then when opted to cancel the membership they require a 4 week notice to cancel the membership. After the wedding my husband got sick and has been sick for 2 weeks so we haven't been able to attend classes so an addition to the $80 that went to waste. I know the membership Hold is excused for reasons like health/ sickness but then we would have to pay for a doctors visit which cost $100+ to provide a doctors note just to not be charged. That would only cover my husband but my account would still be charged. But at this point we just wanted the membership to end.The cherry on top was because of the wedding we haven't been able to attend classes which was discussed on the phone. A week later and then I get a text "hey we haven't seen you in class, do you want us to book you in?" the texts that seemed oblivious to individual circumstances. In summary, while F45 Alhambra Gym offers stellar workouts, potential patrons should brace themselves for administrative hiccups that may dampen the overall fitness journey.

My fiancé and I have been attending for close to 2 months and it had been a life changing decision. From the customer service to the coaches, everyone is so welcoming and there is no room for intimidating environments (as some gyms I’ve experienced). We love going!

I couldn't be more thrilled to be a part of the F45 Alhambra family. Having taken a 3-year hiatus from working out/gym life, I was nervous and insecure that I wouldn't fit in. I couldn't have been more wrong. My experience from Day 1 has been great. The facility is perfectly sized, well stocked, and clean. Most of all, I love our coaches. They are all super supportive and encouraging. Everyone feels seen as they push and motivate us on a first-name basis during our workouts. The intention behind this action is what I appreciate the most as it shows that they truly care and see the hard work we all put in every day. I hit the jackpot with this place! Thank you Coach Kenny, Sal, Tanner, Luis, Danny, Tyler, and Haley for making this a great, fun, safe space for us!

Love coming to F45 Alhambra. It has been an amazing place of community and working out! The workouts are always amazing and the staff is so kind and helpful. I was able to bring my mom in this past weekend, since she was visiting and they made her feel so good about herself and her workout! Highly recommend, and highly recommend becoming am member if you live in Alhambra!

I've been around the fitness block – LA Fitness, Ballys, 24 Hour Fitness, Planet Fitness – you name it, I've tried it. But seriously, those places were about as exciting as watching paint dry. They weren't exactly hotspots for achieving my fitness dreams. And don't even get me started on the shenanigans at crossfit – not my cup of protein shake. Then, my hiking pals dropped the F45 bomb on me. They raved about how the trainers at F45 were all about proper form and technique, which sounded promising. I decided to give it a whirl, and guess what? I'm officially hooked. Imagine this: a whole room of folks busting their butts to the tune of some seriously uplifting music. It's like a sweat-soaked dance party, but with dumbbells. And let's talk about the workout duration – 45 minutes to an hour. Trust me, that time is worth its weight in gold, and maybe a few protein bars. The trainers and owners are like the superheroes of the fitness world – inspiring, awesome, and ready to guide you to greatness. So yeah, I've found my fitness haven, and it's as cool as a cucumber in a snowstorm.

F45 has been a dream come true — a local group workout class, friendly and enthusiastic coaches, and a clean space with new equipment! I truly enjoy my membership because of the ease of signing up for classes, and it keeps me accountable to show up and work out regularly! I highly recommend trying it out and seeing if it’s a good fit for you, because it was perfect for me!

I really enjoy the classes at F45 Alhambra. They are always challenging and there is a nice supportive community there. The coaches are nice as well, some are obviously more experienced with teaching and correcting proper form and than others though. Because the classes have lots of weight lifting exercises and the classes can be crowded, it is not a great place to learn proper form so I wouldn't recommend it to beginners who have no lifting experience but if you know the basics you should be fine and will have a great time.

The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. All the coaches are great and professional. When taking a class you can ask the coach to modify a work out. The place is always clean.I have taken 10 classes because every class you take is different. Since day one, its been a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this place to others.
