It is a great place so go if you are like me and hate gyms! The staff is so positive and support you with your goals. Each class is different so I do not get bored.

OTF continues to better me every day. I am a distance runner who joined OTF 2 years ago to lose a little weight and strengthen up. I didn't expect the results that I received. I was able to improve my half marathon time by over 14 min after a year of going to OTF. I have made friends and gotten stronger both mentally and physically. The best unintended outcome for me is the difference it has made in my mental health. I feel so much happier now that I am consistently working out.This studio (and every other studio I've been to) is full of wonderful caring staff who get to know you. Try it--you might become addicted like me!

I had been stuck in a rut for years of just running in my neighborhood and not focusing on strength at all. I was also very inconsistent with working out. I love OTF as it combines running which I still love with rowing and a variety of strength training. I’ve noticed huge improvements in my strength, speed, and endurance since joining only 3 months ago! I also love the accountability and signing up online the week before and knowing that I WILL go and so I’m so much more consistent. I can’t wait to see how I feel after a few more months! I also love the music playlists…makes it so much more fun!

The coaches have all been fantastic! All the workouts are fun, varied and exhausting (but in the best way!) I’ve definitely noticed a big improvement in my endurance, energy levels and strength since starting my OTF journey. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. So glad to be a part of this family!

I am an experienced lifter -this is my first group class experience and I have to admit I get a measured increase in HIIT training compared to my self paced workouts.The coaches are great. Dedicated, high energy, knowledgeable. The work to assess your own needs - they may coach a bit extra on form to someone relatively new and they may offer quick form advice to a more experienced gym goer and back off respectfully if you indicate you are executing purposefully. I appreciate both approaches.My wife is near her 500th session while I am pushing 50. Enjoying the workouts with her at 6 am. Great results in these two months as my body fat is dropping and my toning increasing.Definitely buy the fitness monitor to track your heart rate and zones. Can find them used for half price. Really enhances my experience as I can push myself moment by moment and see my heart rate respond in real time
