Nice gym as far as equipment but disappointing. I toured this place when it opened and the people were nice but not very knowledgeable. There were several things I asked about or were told that were inaccurate. I don't think the staff was trained very well. Also, the female manager or supervisor there is not super friendly. I ended up canceling my membership recently.

Actually pleasantly surprised. This place never is crowded and I think is priced really well for what you get. I have a black card membership so I can workout with a guest anytime. The hydro massage beds are always available (and included) Staff is nice.The circuit room is not crowded (but I never go on weekday afternoons so I don't know)I like it opens at 5am. Plenty of cardio machines. Everything is new.A few small drawbacks. Dumbbells only go to 75#, only have smith machines (no barbells) and people just sit on the machines in the circuit room so even when not crowded you have to skip passed them. I just go to the main area and do them there.No pullups bars?Their "functional room" is just more machines.Set a space aside for like 1 smith machine next to a rack of dumbbells and a little open space so people can some high intensity circuits, lunges and maybe some medicine balls and a jump rope (perhaps a pullup bar). You could do a ton with that.

Cool, friendly vibe flowing evenly through this PF location. Well-appointed, sanitized, all equipment working just fine. Locker room clean also! Music could be better — [seriously, when you need a pump, that emo stuff doesn’t inspire.] Still, Benny & Co. have a set up here that needs nothing else. Fantastically awesome workout in Allen Texas! 💥 💪

I like the price 1st of all, PF is very reasonable. I like the gyms availability hours of operation. Check in is a breeze, and PF app has good resources. I like to document my exercises and time spent for figuring calorie expenditures in this app. Since I've started my fitness journey I mainly use the circuit machines for a overall upper body and lower body workout. I like that other machines and free weights are available too. I have used the stationary bike and treadmill but my favorite cardio machine is the rower to finish off my workout.

This is my home gym because it’s closest to my house. It’s always clean, the staff are friendly, the assistant manager Garrett is excellent and goes above and beyond. Definitely recommend. The location is a bit smaller but it’s never been busy enough to be a problem for me.

Love this gym. Close to home, can always find a machine to use.Only thing I'm not excited about is the early one hour closing at 10pm that was recently implemented. I'm hoping they can find a way to at least be open til 11 or 12am on the weekdays for night owls like me.The other locations are 24 hours all the time or at least 24 hours Monday - Friday.If this is updated at any given time, I'll pipe down and add the 5th star.

I like this gym. It's clean and all the machines are in good, working order. Every time I have been I see someone maintaining the facility by either cleaning up or checking the equipment. There is plenty of equipment for you to use. I never have to wait. I'm in and out within the workout time I want.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the gym is the cleanest I’ve visited. The only problem is the equipment and the layout. The equipment is all new Matrix but I don’t like it because you can’t customize programs and instead have to use their pre-programmed workouts. For example, I used to be able to set my own paces for running on the treadmill or the stair master and change with the press of a button but now I can’t. In addition, the treadmill has a very large stop button right in front of the handles that is very easy to hit and when you do, it erases all progress instead of just pausing. Very frustrating when you are trying to track a workout. I definitely prefer the equipment at older locations. As for the layout, my old PF had a designated area for stretching and this one doesn’t. There’s no space to stretch that isn’t blocking a piece of equipment so it’s very awkward. The same goes with doing workouts with the kettle bells or just free form. Overall I feel like it was poorly laid out for customer experience and instead the focus was on packing in as much equipment as possible.

This new location is so GREAT it’s now my home gym! Welcoming staff. Extremely maybe even obsessively clean. Lots of brand new equipment including things missing from other clubs like bands. HQ - Just one request. This location needs at least another set of kettlebells. Any exercise that you need balanced you can’t do because there is only one of each weight level. Thanks to Orlando and team for showing me my new favorite club!

Nice facility and new equipment . Ken was helpful to get the new equipment going. A short 15 mine drive from McKinney. I no longer have to drive 30 minutes away. You should check it. I have waited for this location to open!!
