Body Exchange is a hidden gem in Western Business Park. They are in the process of building a new location in the same area. It is bigger and better to accomidate it's growing member servicesZach who is the owner and 31 has been a trainer for years. He got into being healthy when he was diagnosed with MS at 18.He has a true passion for helping others to achieve their fitness goals. He uses a program that allows the body to get in shape amd get a solid work out witbout the risk or injury that can come from cross fit.He has several very qualified and very friendly personal trainers that are there to focus on you! They offer a week free and I suggest anyone should try it!

I was able to drop my BMI by 4 points in 5 weeks....I've worked out and tried to stay fit over the years, but get tired of forcing myself to get to the gym to basically just maintain. Zach's classes stop the monotony of doing the same old routine all the time. He keeps the workouts changing all the time with moves that work every part of your body. His instruction style is very encouraging (not at all intimidating) and his interval styled workouts get results.

I have been working out with Zack for about 7 months now. In the past it's been hard to stick with a fitness routine, but With Body Exchange, I have seen results that last and I love going. I have increased strength and flexibility along with lost weight and become tone. Try it out, you will not be sorry!

I have exercised on & off for years, but was frustrated with results. I have now worked out with Zack at Body Exchange for about 3 months and can see and feel results. I have much more strength, flexibility, and energy, with some bonus weight/inches lost! Zack works with you on the level you are at & gently pushes you to do more and reach your personal best. It is safe and effective exercise that is fun!

My daughter and I both loved working out at Body Exchange before we moved from Amarillo. Zach keeps his workouts fresh and challenging, he is great at meeting everyone at their different levels of fitness! There are no excuses not to go to the gym when you are in a friendly, supportive, yet challenging atmosphere like Body Exchange!!!

I showed up to Body Exchange and wow, what a fun experience! I went to the 5am group training session...the first thing I noticed was everybody there was so excited to workout. I was greeted warmly by the others, mostly women aged 30-45 years young.Our trainer Zachary Davis demonstrated each exercise to make sure we knew what we were doing. Even though it was a group training, I still felt the personal approach and that the trainer had eyes on me to make sure I got the best workout. There were a few exercises I wasn't completely sure how to perform, and Zachary and my training-mates were there for me...it really felt like a family. Better yet, I felt like he eliminated all the fluff exercises and kept all the ones that hit the problem areas.I was sore the next couple days, but it was a "hurts-so-good" sore, if you know what I mean.Loved it! If you're looking for a great workout that entertains and feel part of a family who helps you reach your personal fitness goals, I highly recommend Body Exchange in Amarillo.

I am so glad I signed up with Body Exchange. Zach is an awesome trainer. He pushes you (expect to sweat a lot!), but it is worth it. I was stuck at a weight loss plateau for several months, and Zach helped me lose 6 pounds in 4 weeks. That may not sound like a lot for some people, but for someone who struggles with weight loss due to health issues, this was a huge achievement - physically and mentally. Not only does Zach train you, but he also provides you with nutritional advice.Body Exchange offers several class times throughout the week, so it is convenient no matter your schedule. For anyone who is looking to challenge themselves and to make a lifestyle change, I highly recommend Zach and Body Exchange!

A personal trainer is a luxury I could never afford, but at Body Exchange I get the benefit of a personal trainer in a small-group setting. There may be 20 in the class ranging in ages from twenties to fifties, but Zach is in tune with each client's fitness level and goals and manages to motivate us all on an individual basis. The diversity of equipment and moves he incorporates into the workouts keeps things interesting and challenges muscles you never knew you had. His passion for fitness is contagious and never repetitious. Body Exchange is the place to be if you are looking for results.
