Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Place is always clean.

Generally good. Has everything you need for a PF. Doesn’t really get that busy here in my opinion. The bikes don’t work well which is a downside for me.

Went from 24 hrs to limited hours “because of the pandemic” and false promises were made that “soon soon (it would go back to 24hr)” and now more limited hours by reducing one extra hour from 11 pm to 10pm on weekdays. Not to mention nothing ever works here. No hot water, can’t shower, ac not working, plus their new machines are already breaking down. Cheap. Not to mention, the terrible lazy employees never clean the men’s lockeroom, the toilets, etc. They just stand all day afraid to lift a pinky. Better off going to crunch fitness.

You can park Semi truck side on street

Great place to workout but we pay money for this place and the ac hasn't worked in 6 months. Always hot in here.. At least hang some more fans or something.. It's scorching in here constantly.

Drew is the coolest employee there!Also the environment is cool

It's good for the price...visiting for a week and needed a gym...hooked my up right..

This was my first time in a gym at all. I chose planet fitness because my husband recommended it to me. The facilities were nice. The atmosphere was mostly okay. About halfway through, a woman approached me and hovered over me on the treadmill, and once I finally acknowledged her she launched into accusing me of stealing from her. She had no basis for these claims, and she continued to dog me for her money. I had no clue what she was talking about. Management stood by and did absolutely nothing. They allowed her to harrass and threaten me. Absolutely horrible experience.
