If you are looking for a gym with the highest quality equipment and trainers that know what their doing this is the place!! I have personally trained with Kevin since he started in 2014! I went with him when he opened VanVoris Performance and now I will continue to train with him here at CA1. He has handpicked every piece of equipment to give you the best experience ever!! You will not regret picking this place as your home gym! It will be like a family that will support and lift you up on your journey!! Kevin has a passion for helping people reach their goals and find their way to a healthy life!!! Kevin has helped me bust through roadblocks and given me training programs geared to my needs.
