I have lost over 70 lbs since starting to work out. Custom Fitness provides great accountability and a new workout every 4 weeks so I never get bored working out. I travel a lot for work and they are always able to make accommodations to the workouts so I can do it pretty much everywhere I go. Also with the "Success Sessions" every 6 weeks when they take measurements, I can really see the progress I am making. Signing up with Custom Fitness was probably the best decision I have made in a long time.

When I was pregnant with our second child, I wanted to do everything in my power to deliver naturally and signed up for Kris' prenatal class to mentally and physically prepare myself. I received more than just a safe workout during my pregnancy but also valuable advice and genuine support. I absolutely believe that had a huge impact on successfully delivering with no medication or intervention, the way I had hoped. Afterward, I began taking advantage of her personal training and nutritional counseling. The trainers at Custom Fitness are attentive and encouraging. They are approachable, not intimidating, and offer coaching for my personal progress without sounding judgmental or cold. Workout sessions are not interrupted by personal texts or distractions, and I feel really valued. Another added bonus is the spectacular open play area for my young children to stay busy and have fun while I workout. They are within my vision and earshot the entire time, so I never worry about them while I workout. She makes it so accommodating and takes such care to make it convenient and friendly, it's impossible to come up with excuses not to work out there! I highly recommend visiting Kris and her excellent staff!

Custom fitness changed my view on fitness and nutrition entirely - I spend less time working out and I don't beat up my body and I'm in better shape than I've ever been! Kris and the trainers help with a fitness and nutrition plan that's about improving your lifestyle, not about fad workouts or obsessive calories counting. They teach you to be kind to your body through exercise and food and are there along the way to support you when you falter. I cannot say enough great things about Custom Fitness!

I love Custom Fitness! I've been training with Kris and her team for over a year now, both in-studio and online, and it's been a fabulous experience. I enjoy my one-on-one nutrition (therapy) sessions with Kris where she kindly steers me away from beer and gummy bears and gets me back on track. My training sessions are intense and there are a lot of times that I'm pretty sure I'm going to die if I have to do one more set (thanks, Justin!), but it's over in less than half an hour so somehow I survive. The sessions are lots of fun and I like that I can do them at home on the days I don't meet with my trainer AND I don't have to wear sneakers which is pretty awesome in my opinion. I grew up taking dance so I'm not comfortable in the typical gym and it's terrific having a semi-private atmosphere that is 100% non-threatening. I also appreciate having a workout that is customized to ME. Finally, one of the best things about Custom Fitness is the results. I can do a push-up. On my toes! Actually, I can do multiple push-ups. At one point in my life, I would have thought that was a miracle. Now I know it's a result of great training and hard work.

This is the best fitness place that I have ever tried. I have been to a lot of gyms, had personal trainers, and tried many different diets. Everyone at Custom Fitness are so nice and supportive. They check in on how your progressing regularly. Kris doesn't give you a fad diet that you can't stick with, she teaches you how to eat how you want, to benefit you and your goals. The gym is VERY clean, and comfortable, they accommodate your children if you need to bring them, with no extra charge. The workouts are challenging without needing tons of equipment and machines. Justin is my personal trainer, and he's awesome. He is really good at customizing my workouts with my goals and hardships in mind, very knowledgeable and not overbearing like some trainers can be. I highly recommend Custom Fitness for anything from weight loss to allergies or stress management or even if you just need the encouragement to keep on going they are all really great at what they do.

Custom Fitness is a great place to create an individual plan for your health and fitness. I have enjoyed experiencing the 21 day detox and I felt wonderful after completing. Next, I did a program called the Downsize. I altered my eating and started going to the Small Group Classes. The downsize program is a 6 wk program with unlimited access to the small group classes. I feel physically better after those two programs than I have felt in a very long time. I am thankful for Kris and her staff. Everyone seems to be genuinely interest in my success.

Custom Fitness is a GREAT place to come to if you're looking for a personal place that will work with you on creating a great workout and nutrition plan for you. They are better than a big gym that a lot of people go to at once. At Custom Fitness they do group sessions but they also do private and semi private sessions to suit everyone that comes to their business. All of the trainers are amazing as well. I'm very thankful for this business and how they have helped me in the last 6 weeks!! Thank you so much Kris for everything! You have done an amazing job!

Custom Fitness is EXACTLY what I need. For years, I was the type of person to blow off exercise because I did not want to be the "bulked up chick". I dabbled in running, swimming, biking, and several other activities, but nothing held my attention enough to make the changes I envisioned.When I met with Kris, we developed my long term goals broken down into weekly routines. Granted the workouts are tough, but not in a daunting sense. Kris focuses on changing you from the inside out. In addition to muscle movement, she has a keen eye for nutrition, small changes you can incorporate in your daily life to transition into a fitness lifestyle, and a positive environment. She sees herself as part of the body change team.When you begin you huff, puff, gripe, and you are pushed. There are days you think you don't have time or the grit to make it through, but you do. Then there is that one day, a month or so later, when you look into the mirror and say, "whoa...look at me!!" You'll be so proud. Kris will be in your corner cheering you on. I highly recommend Custom Fitness.
