Elevate has small classes and offers a lot of one on one attention. I was nervous never having done Pilates before, but Eddie made it so easy. It was a great workout!

Elevate Pilates is an amazing addition to your workout regimen! It tones and strengthens parts of your body that other workouts just can’t. Edee is an amazing instructor and is one of the most outstanding trainings and experience! Don’t let that’s intimidate you as it is an intimate studio where she makes you feel comfortable and excited to come back. 10/10 recommend🫶

I love this place. It has been so good at helping me strengthen my knee after an injury. Edee is a great instructor. She was really good at providing modifications when I started. Pilates is a great way to improve your overall fitness.

Eddee and her Pilates classes have changed my life. She gives personal attention to every person that attends. After one month of attending classes my neck and back pain is gone.
