Best gym ever!!! You get a great workout in a sauna room while working out and see results quickly.. Staff is amazing and the environment is so peaceful!!!!! I invite everyone to try it out you'll love it!!!!

I love this workout! I was a little nervous at first that I would get too hot, but the workouts are shorter than most conventional workouts allowing you more time in the day! The staff is friendly and the studio is clean! It is easy to schedule workouts with the app and you can go at your own pace with the benefit of infrared.

As a working mom with kids going all directions Hotworx is by far the best fit for me. You get a great workout while detoxing in a short amount of time, couldn't ask for anything better! The staff keeps everything in tip top nice clean shape!
