I would encourage any woman who wants to improve her fitness, health and strength to get involved with LiveWellFit. The classes can all be modified to meet you right where you are, and you will see a significant difference by the end of Fit Camp!

I love workout and keeping myself accountable to be the healthiest me I can be, but I found myself making excuses to stay out of the gym because it was no longer a place I felt comfortable. I started looking for new places in Amarillo and found LWF was doing a bootcamp. I have been working out there and what is now called Simply Fit, for over a year now. I’ve found workouts and new exercises I enjoy doing and look forward to classes each week, the excuses disappeared quickly and I can see the growing muscle strength and positive changes in my body. I know each time I come workout, I’m walking into a class that will challenge me and make me stronger; but also will allow for modifications when needed. The studio is a place for all levels to come and feel welcome. All it takes is one step out of your comfort zone to make huge changes!!

Suzi is one of the most intelligent trainers I have ever met. Her love and passion for women and their health is incredible. Fit camp is an amazing experience where you learn how far and hard you can workout.

There is no better place to workout. I am 77 years old and have been going to Live Well Fit here in Amarillo for 6 years. Went to Suzi’s fit camp to get in better shape and help my arthritis and I haven’t looked back. I can’t even put into words how much it has helped. But there is another maybe even better benefit. The bond between we “girls” is amazing. It doesn’t matter how old or young, where you are physically, or anything else. We’re all for one and one for all. So sign up and begin your fabulous journey!
