Great instructors. They work very well with kids of all ages, all they way down to our 4 year old. The keep the facility well cleaned and take care of their mat, which helps prevent the spread of skin diseases. Their rates are outstanding for how long they spend with each kid. Definitely a recommendation.

A truly great experience. The environment is great for everyone from newbies to pros. Inviting, technically competent, and well intentioned coaches allow for a fun learning experience. The teaching is practical and hands-on, allowing for a great grappling session.Ive been to a lot gyms, all over, and this is definitely one of the best ones due to a myriad of reasons. One of which is the great price!Can't express enough how thankful I am for the great, respectful, and friendly environment cultivated by this great group of men and women.Of course, your first time is free and anyone and everyone interested in BJJ should check it out.
