WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I work in healthchare. I was a few minutes late, and spent my time, energy, gas to come all the way there and they still late charged me $12. These people are out there to nickel and dime you, they don't care about you as a person. It is really sad and heartbreaking. The customer service is non existent here.

Amarillo OTF has made a huge impact on my health. I used to think I would rather have a tooth pulled than go to a gym and do a "group" workout - Orange Theory Fitness completely changed my mindset.I feel the energy as soon as I walk in the door. The front staff always welcome me by name. The coaches give me exactly what I need - motivation and instructions. I love being able to compete against myself and feel the comradery of other OTFers doing the same thing.I now look forward to working out and can feel the benefits. Splat points motivate the heck out of me and I strive to get new PRs in the wide variety of challenges OTF offers. I travel regularly and have found the same energy at other OTF locations. I have participated in workouts at Newport News, VA, Suffolk, VA, and Farragut, TN. It is nice to see consistency in quality and feel the same energy.

I like the sense of community that Orange Theory creates. The instructors are all very nice and upbeat, helping you with form when needed. I am definitely pushed to achieve my goals and every class I go to focuses on different areas.

I was hesitant to start at a regular gym because in the past I am always so bad with sticking to a regular fitness routine, when I started at Orange Theory Fitness I felt so welcomed, encouraged, and a part of something more than just showing up at a gym. The girls at the front are so sweet and friendly and I look forward to getting to know them and the couches more and more!

I absolutely love it here. I got off track for a very long time as someone who was an ultra marathon runner and OTF is the perfect place to Jumpstart your routine! The employees/trainers are OUTSTANDING! They remember you by name and it's more personal here. It's an incredible atmosphere and I am so happy to be here. Can't wait to see what I can accomplish these next 3-6 months! These workouts are challenging for sure and worth every penny.
