This gym really had good potential. Men’s locker room very dirty, same paper towels and other trash on the ground when I’m leaving as there was three hours ago when I arrived. Toilets not clean looking at all, showers look improperly cleaned or not at all, mirrors and counters near the sinks have toothpaste and water stains like they haven’t been tended to all day. Water fountain tastes disgusting and isn’t cold. A lot of the machines need oiled, not sliding smoothly how they should on the metal poles. Also why are the lights so dim in here? I’m an over the road truck driver and this is one of my least favorite locations I’ve come across in the whole country. Will do my best to not come back to this location

On the road headed home so stopped in for showers. The women's area was clean and well kept but my BF said that the men's was absolutely disgusting. We travel a lot and stop at different locations about twice a week around the US. He said it was the worst locker room and shower that he has been in so far.

I was ok. But the drawback is the locker rooms they where dirty. The showered smelled like pee. So was not to favorable. If your driving by and need to workout and shower then it work but not the best experience.

I personally don't go to gym. But both of my teenagers go with a few of their friends. And they enjoy it. I like that planet fitness shows that they care by letting students sign up free for summer from ages to 13-19 .

Extremely friendly, personable staff. We travel across the country full-time in an RV, and this is by far the best Planet Fitness we've visited, mostly because of the great staff. Keep up the great work.

I’ve only been in Amarillo 3 months and I’ve been coming to this planet fitness ever since I got here and I’ve spoken very highly of this location. Today while leaving a staff member (the girl with curly blond hair) stopped me and to tell me they got a complaint about me being on my phone. Now if I was talking on my phone for more than I was then maybe I could see it. But I’m working out I get a call from my child, handled it and got off the phone. And a lady was by me for what had to be only a minute and she was looking at me crazy which I ignored and went to complain. Clearly no one walked over to where I was right after this complaint because they would’ve seen that I wasnt on the phone and I had just entered the building not long before.

Great staff. I travel and have hit over a hundred different PF’s across the country. I appreciate the business model, but was disappointed today on the execution of it. The gym was filled with loud grunts coming from one individual making it harder to concentrate on my own agenda. Headphones didn’t even silence it. No lunk alarm?! Unfortunately, I learned that the grunter as if giving birth, was actually accompanied by the PF trainer. ?????

I've been traveling the country, and I've been to probably a hundred different PF locations. 95% are incredibly clean, and this one was the filthiest. Could spend less time on the phone up front and maybe at least an hour working for the man. Not including the photos I took, there were snot tissues scattered across where the lockers are as well as just trash littered anywhere you look. 🤮 If you're looking for a clean environment to take a shower, or to hit the gym, this is not the one!

Staff are all very professional. Probably one of the cleanest gyms I have ever been to! Staff are always cleaning. Equipment is well maintained. If a machine is down, it is always repaired within a timely manner. Love this gym!
