The staff here in Amarillo Texas they are absolutely amazing also the manager Jacey she is very respectful and helpful and has one the best attitudes a person can have. The planet fitness facility here in Amarillo is very clean and well kept I've never seen it dusty dirty or any kind of mess whatsoever . The equipment is in very good shape also very well-maintained and very clean. The price for membership is very fair compared to other gyms I would recommend this gym to anybody

The gyms are mostly all higher aged singles or couples, so typically no children are running around touching the equipment that was just cleaned by each member btw which I love, the womens locker room is incredibly clean and beautifully set up, complete with blow dryers, and dressing rooms across from the showers! I love the black card and its access to the water bed and message chairs to help get that lower back pain after a work out if stretching didn't do it. Over all I only gave it a four because half of the staff can be extremely snoody and unkind, but I have only had trouble with two staff the rest of the staff were polite as could be. I do recommend.

I joined the latter part of October, 2016 mainly due to the low sign-up and monthly fees.However, since attending almost every day, I have found that the overall atmosphere and set-up of the gym is amazing! The gym's staff is positive and supportive and no one can beat a 24/7 deal!There are massage chairs, tanning beds, exercises and circuit classes, along with private sessions with personal trainers available at no extra cost! Finally, the reward points for attending is a great incentive! So far, I love it!

I love the Total Body Enhancement!!! I use it before and after my workout! The health benefits of infrared light therapy are amazing! I ran into a friend of mine yesterday and she told me I look "10 years younger", I told her it's the Total Body Enhancement @ Planet Fitness!!! I really like the whole place the Total Body Enhancement is just my favorite!!

I quit this gym as a statement against stupidity, they have a rule that you can not have a towel touching any of the equipment. They say it is a safety issue but can not tell you what is unsafe about it. I get the response it's just my job to enforce this rule even though there is no issue. I get it, the towel could get caught in the equipment, but the solution is to drape it over your shoulder. A reasonable person (not a lawyer) would determine the towel is 10 times more likely to fall into the equipment on a moving body than a stationary cup holder, so the issue is not that it is unsafe. The issue is we have a dumbass rule. My two cents, if you care, use some judgment before you harass your customers.

The atmosphere at Planet Fitness is great. It really is a judgement free zone. I enjoy going and working out in their circuit room. It's a great way to get your cardio and weight training in all in 30 minutes. Then I go enjoy the massage chairs. And the membership price is fantastic!

Called to confirm the information i found online and got the rudest csp! All plans are so flexible and then they finally offer a pay up front plan , 18months $199 which is about $11 a month. Only catch is your not allowed guests or visitors on your "prepaid" plan. Be aware...

I work out very early (4am) and love the ability to go to the gym at this early hour. The staff and customer service is excellent. They gym is very clean and is maintained well.Chuck SpeedAmarillo, TX

This place is not professional at all. The staff they have working there are very rude and unpleasant to deal with. I haven't gone there in about a year if not longer, and I've had trouble getting my membership cancelled, cause every time you try to cancel it, they try to save you and give you incentives to stay with them. They claim to be a judge free zone, there is nothing but judgement there. The tanning beds are ALWAYS NASTY AND DIRTY when I did go.

Jacey is amazing! I love my time with her. She is great at what she does and shows true passion in her job. I really like the Black Card amenities. The massage chairs, hydro-massage, tanning beds and Total Body Enhancement. The points you accumulate are awesome too!!! I love this place+
