I started PT prior to my 1st hip replacement. I was on a cane, barely walking. They got me prepared for surgery so that I was able to easily recover post surgery. They have helped me change my life and I am still improving every day. They are professional, highly intelligent, and very thoughtful.

I have been seeing Jentry and Erin for a very long time and have had amazing results. Over the years I have had a problem with my back and eventually chose to have a spinal fusion. Jentry helped me with PT before and after and I continue to see her for Pilates based therapy. Erin has helped me with a plantar fasciitis problem and with a severe ankle sprain. I have had amazing results! Nikki is the only massage therapist I would go to because she is incredible! Ellee has given me treatments using IPL, chemical peels and dermaplaning and is fantastic! Re-Form is a very special place!

Erin Park is an incredible PT, and Reform offers a wonderful environment for therapy. Unlike other places, at Reform, your PT spends the entire time focused on YOU. No bouncing around between patients. Best PT experience I’ve ever had!

The care and personal service I have received at Reform is far above other places. They take time to explain, and educate you on the procedure you are wanting to do. The skincare line they carry is excellent. They will tell you which one would be best for your skin. It is not one fits all. Elle, and Ashley are both very knowledgeable. The entire staff makes you feel like you are truly welcome and their desire is to make you feel better about yourself and to be the best you can be! They go out of their way to show they care. I want to say, “Thank you” for walking me thru this aging process, you have made it easier. ❤️

I've had a wonderful experience at Re-Form. The staff is skilled, professional, and so friendly! My PT Erin knew just how to help me with my initial pain. Now, I regularly go to the Pilates classes and much stronger. Highly recommended!!
