I‘m visiting in town this week and was invited to workout. I attended a cycling class, whew, and a cardio and weight. Great energy in both classes and very welcoming. Would join if I lived here.

Love this women’s only studio! A great place for women of all ages to work out together in group exercise class. No competition and exercises can be individually tailored to your needs!

This is the best place for women to workout in town. Absolutely no comparison to any other gym!!!! All the instructors are so welcoming and helpful!!! Great place to get a total body workout and to have a tribe to help you !!!! Everyone cares about your success and health!!!Love this place!!!

I’ve been a member since 2016. I love the fact that it is all women! I’ve never been comfortable working out in a coed gym. I have made so many friends and love to work out with them! I go to mostly 5 am classes.....never in a million years would I thought I’d be a 5 amer! Morgan and the staff are great! They all make you feel like you belong. If you’re a little down, they encourage you. Would highly recommend this place to any woman! Not only a good place to workout but a great place to meet new friends!
