24 Hour Fitness

I’m a member at any 24 hrs fitness I was told not to come bck to this one from a white female do to my race she was talking to me crazy n lucky I handle it professionally by letting everything she say to me slide she was unprofessional n need better management skills n general sum of the staff there rude n don’t do they job n this the worse n dirtiest gym I ever been to anyways

This has to be the dirtiest and most messy 24 hour fitness in OC. The weights are scattered all over the place. The machines are all really busted and old. Also no one there puts back the attachments for the cable machines so you're just walking around looking for it. Some of the machines have rust on them. Many of the machines upstairs don't even have a little rod to insert into the weight. The floor upstairs has trash on the floor like water bottles and paper. The mens restroom look like a gas station restroom. The restroom floor is wet theres toilet paper on the floor and smells horrible. There's trash on the floor the toilets are dirty and the sinks have hair all over it. The urinals don't work and are dirty all the time. It seems like no one cleans it regularly. No other 24 hour fitness is this grimey it's disgusting here.

3 out of 5 times you'll go to a machine with a missing pin or it being broken , filthy bathrooms , little to no attachments to use the cable machines ,clearly an unkempt gym.

Most machines for legs don't work! At all

Lots of cardio machines, upstairs smells and is humid, pins missing still even after complaints about missing pins, outdated equipment. Fullerton 24 is a lot better

If I could give no star I would, I’m a member since 2016 and recently i froze my account because I train at home. I came in and no one was at the front desk so I walked over to the sales Desk and there was KENDALL sitting eating chips and I asked if I can use the restroom really quick, he told me to check in and I said well my account is frozen, I entered my number in and he said sorry your membership isn’t active so I can’t let you in to use the restroom and then says people like you that come in and use the restroom might brake into lockers and steal, I have it all on recording, I will be filing a complaint against 24hr fitness and pursue legal action. It was unnecessary for those comments for someone just wanting to use the restroom. I hope Kendall gets proper training on how to handle front desk matters, 24hr fitness Anaheim off of Lemon is horrible service, oh and I went to the restroom anyway.

Old outdated and broken machines everywhere, and always weight pins are missing and almost every other machine are like that or cable is broken..filthy bathroom, sauna stinks really bad, probably years and years of many people sweat stains is culated over the years. This place needs health and safety inspection. You can probably catch some kind of diseases in sauna.

The day I was there I wanted to use the steam room. My daughter and I went out of the sauna because the amount of people, and we decided to hit the steam room. We walked in and it dirty. Cups on the floor, paper towels balled up, and dirt from shoes all over the floor. Noone was in there so I am assuming it was in the process of being cleaned or Noone was using it because it wasn't clean. All in all the rest of the gym was good.

Love it. Clean and can't complain.
