24 Hour Fitness

Well first time I've been here since they closed down the gyms. Every hour they close the gym down a half an hour to clean. That means they kick everyone out. And then they let gym members back in a half an hour later. I wish it would just clean as they go and not kick everyone out. Sauna steam room pools not open. People don't have to wear masks once they start working out which makes me nervous. I wish they would wear masks I'd like to see this covid-19 end.

They keep it very clean, there are bottles of Disinfectant we can clean after we use a machine. One hour is a little too short, would love to have at least 1 hour 15 minutes.Great to get to workout again.. would love to use the jacuzzi, sauna, pool, and shower

Been going to this gym for close to 3 years now have to say the weights are rarely picked up by staff the restrooms/locker rooms are regularly dirty and out of soap the front desk is left unattended to and generally rude or dismissive to customers often times to busy on there phone to help out I would give it less stars but it's not to out of the normal for a 24hour fitness

Hot tub doesn't work well ,no towels ,people never shower before getting in the hot tub or poor ,showers don't have hot water ,no safe place to charge a phone

Seriously, I hate that this is the closest gym because everytime I come here there's always something that isn't working, isn't stocked, or has been shut down. People pay 50 a month just to be here and your seriously telling me you guys need a whole year to fix 1 of the water fountains.

It only has one drinking fountain upstairs that I found, which was barely working. Weights everywhere, bad placement of machines, definitely not my favorite 24. I left early!

Horrible gym, horrible management. All they care is about money and managers/HR do NOT care about their employees or members. I tell everyone not to go there as it is not cleaned properly ever and WAYY too expensive for such poor quality service. Customer service is horrible if I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would!! *****HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT*****

This place is very dirty. Staff doesn't seem to clean at all, but the patrons don't clean after themselves either. Used paper towels thrown everywhere, weights never re-racked, and overall trash like empty water bottles left on the floor. Avoid if possible.

One of the most poorly maintained 24hr locations I've ever been to. Wads of hair on the floor, dated equipment, broken drinking fountain, gross bathrooms, and of course - fresh out of paper towels. Basic sanitation and upkeep is needed badly here.

This place is disgusting. The dry sauna smells terrible, the steam room door is broken and doesn't shut all the way. Machines are missing pins so you cant adjust the weight. Dumbbells all over the place and disorganized. Bathroom has a broken urinal is unsanitary. No one at the front desk. This is the worst 24 I have been to, they need to change Management ASAP!Update 11/10/19: Sauna door is fixed
