Awful. Absolutely awful, I canceled my membership over 2 years ago. I called, I emailed, and I went in to tell them to stop charging my card. Come to find out, I’m somehow in collections with them for 176$! I paid every month, on time. I even let the month I was charged extra slide! There is no reason I should be in collections with them! I called to find out why and no one answered, big surprise! Awful management, spend the extra 15$ at inshape or city sport

I've been coming here for a year. When I signed up they made us pay extra to work out during the week. Later thet started bootcamp during the week that takes over the entire gym at peak workout times. Now, they have some old lady who harassed me at the front door because she didnt hear the click on my card although it opened the door for me. Note she had a jacket on and was talking on the cell phone out front. Never saw her before had no clue who she was harassing me. She followed me into the gym because she didn't like my attitude when I asked who she was. As nice as the owners and bootcamp lady are this place is a joke. If there was another close gym to be I'd go somewhere else.

Friendly staff and friendlier people. Open 24 hours. Enough equipment so you never have to wait for a machine.

It's a nice place they make it seem. But some of the staff and be very rude. Which who wants to pay all that money to catch tone with someone that runs the place. Really disappointed that's have already got a year in advance and now the do t to any sort of refund. I suggest somewhere else fornthenreal qym experience

Very convenient in and out no hold ups with conversations everyone in there comes to work and is serious ...equipment could use a upgrade but it's good for me at this point Bathrooms are clean ..gym needs water faucet

It's low key and I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with the staff and members. Perfect spot for my boyfriend and I to ease back into gym life.

Straight forward 24/7 gym no games no gimmicks love the convenience.

They have the worst customer service. They will try to get the most dollar out of your pocket. *Hidden charges/false advertising. NOT only that, their machines and benches are all of low quality. Honest review here. I would love this gym since it's so close to my home. But they are just terrible. Step it up with your service.

I love this gym, signed up 3 months ago and it is exactly what they explained. Is a 24 hour gym and is not too busy at peak hours...

Been here a couple time since I signed up almost three months ago. I like the fact that the facilities is clean, that's a big part to get people through the door . Next part I must say impressed me is that the busiest I have he gym ranging anywhere from 11am -11pm is that there Is no more than 10 other people in there so there is no wait for the machine that you want.plus I don't see much chit chat going on between the gym goers. One is able to just go in work out and leave no questions asked. Last but not least management. Ken ( the owner) has made me feel welcome when I first signed up by explaining to me all the different payment methods that are available. He wasn't too pushy (like some gyms can be) and was willing to let me have a trial workout first to see if the gym was a good fit (which it did). And he is also the boot camp instructor now I haven't personally tried those yet so I can't comment on that.
