Sitting here in the parking lot at 7 AM on Sunday and nobody has come to open the club. This is the 4th time this has happened in the past 4 months at this Brentwood location. If you are an early riser I would join a different gym.

People are very nice here. However, It’s my 2nd week and noticing the same dirt and mess hasn’t been cleaned from my first day. Wondering….how long has it been since they cleaned? Dirt & hair under mats and benches in the sauna, as well as the same clumps of hair in the showers! Yuck!

well its a family gym with old equipment but it has all you need to put on muscle. Bench press, Hammer Strength presses, cables, squat racks and the db's go to 150

I like In-Shape I been coming here on and off for 10 years and it’s always been pleasant. I love the machines here, I wish they did have another leg press though

The equipment is old? Looks old fs. Only two squat racks and the weight room is just so tiny. Good gym overall for cardio
