I’ve recently celebrated being a member for a full year so I felt like leaving a review. I go five days a week, and have been to the gym in the mornings, afternoons, and mostly at night. I can confidently say that the front desk and custodial staff are kind, cool, and genuine people who will help you with your needs and more than do their part. As for the equipment and layout, you have just about anything you need for your workouts. The only negative things that can be improved on would be the constant few machines that are broken (weight and cardio alike), physical wear and tear on the floor or equipment (require replacement and not just cleaning), too few of mainly used popular machines and too much unused cardio machines. To be clear, I don’t want to blame the morning or night crew like some people do, they literally have nothing to do with any of the issues, these issues have to be resolved by upper management.Overall, I have loved my experience here. Fantastic onsite employees, relaxed environment, upper management needs to fix and replace equipment/floors.
