Great place to get a workout among other motivated people. Had a misunderstanding with staff that could have went wrong but management and involve staff where mature enough to figure out what was the underlying issue and we rectified the situation in a mutually beneficial way. Look forward to seeing everyone at the gym for the next 2 years.

This 24 hr is the best! I've been to the SD one today and I miss the Jess Ranch one! They have so many machines and great staff and Josh is a great trainer. Also Cassidy is very nice and the people r super helpful. I like that they have bands available and a lot of stuff the city doesn't even have. Super quiet and not so crowded too

I frequent this location, but I only rated 3 stars because I would like the location to start operating for 24 hrs again. Other local, cheaper gyms are doing so and it has me seriously reconsidering leaving for one of those. Considering, I choose this gym for the child care (which is closed indefinitely ) and the hours, I’m slowly starting reconsider my commitment to 24 hr fitness. As a student and a mom, it’s inconvenient. Change the hours and I will change the rating.

So, the facility has reopened. I found all the amenities are accessible: swimming pool, jacuzzi, b-ball court, aerobic room, except for the drinking fountains (health reasons). They have installed some slick, new equipment and the place is clean. It's the nicest club in the area. I suggest that folks who are committed to their health should give the club a visit and decide if it's the right place for you. Stay safe out there

This is a very nice gym with great staff. I have been coming to this gym for quite some years now and I have always loved it. However, I have been unable to recommend this gym to my friends and family simply because they close at 9pm. I am also very close to cancelling my membership and going elsewhere.

Friendly staff. Not too crowded. Has potential to be a great gym, but several little issues were not to my liking. I was only interested in the pool. I will only review this area of the Apple Valley location. It is a nice pool. At times I was the only one swimming. The water is too cold for this time of year. I dreaded going at times since I anticipated the cold water. I used to jump in the jacuzzi to warm up. Jacuzzi was closed for a week during my membership. The jacuzzi contains no jets. Only bubbles. I chose month to month membership to see how I liked it. Paid $46 a month. More than any gym in the area. Perhaps because of the virus, they are no longer open 24 hours, so I was unable to go early, before work. Noone is "policing" the members. For Ex) a woman was photographing herself (assumingly) in the locker room, right next to the sign which states there are no photos or video allowed. Another woman was *in* the jacuzzi with the "jacuzzi is closed" sign blocking the steps. Lastly- this gym filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy 12/30/2020, and completed restructure of the debt March 2021. Fairly sure this has affected things for them.

This gym is well equipped and has a great variety of machines. It also has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room! The front desk staff is very pleasant and friendly as well. BUT sadly it is dirty and poorly kempt. The showers, locker rooms, sauna and steam room are ALWAYS dirty. I haven't been able to figure which day of the week it gets cleaned, seems like never. There's always trash in the showers and very visible mold on the floors and walls. It's too bad because the gym is fairly new. Needs more competent management for sure!

Enjoy the classes offered here that is my favorite activity. There are a variety of machines to accommodate any type of workout you are looking for.

MOST of the staff is nice. Notice I said most. Some are very rude and glued to their phones. The facility itself is very clean with the exception of the basketball court. The floor is so dirty it's hard to find your footing. A sweeping and mopping at 3 am when no one is using it would go a long way. I took off one more star because they got rid of towel service but didn't lower the rates. They said "its for the environment." Don't lie. If you want to save money that's fine, but don't make lame excuses for it. Took off one more star because apparently they don't care about Law Enforcement and won't add the discount to my account.
