Staff is usually super friendly but i’ve consistently run into problems with Branden. I was told he’s a manager at this location, and when i had previous problems with billing he was super unhelpful and left me on hold for nearly an hour. Told me he couldn’t fix my billing issue and said it was my fault i was being double charged and charged late fees even though he put my billing information in the wrong place. I am always met with an attitude and was questioned when i asked to use the hydro massage table despite being a black card member and being there every weekday. He doesn’t apply black card discounts on drinks and is super snarky with me. All other staff are always super helpful, and I greatly appreciate the ladies that work at night.

For the price..24 hours. Extremely clean and laid back. Not the gym really for younger guys trying to get big...dumbbells max at 75lbs and all the benches and squat racks are Smith machine. The tanning beds, red light therapy and massage beds are nice too.

A great place to achieve your fitness goals! I greatly appreciate the app and ability to see how busy the club is. The large quantity of equipment allows ensures i can find a free machine. Very broad open hours has enabled me to workout regardless of my crazy life. The ability to incorporate just 15 min daily strength training sessions has had a very positive effect- you don’t have to live at the gym to live a healthy life 🙌🏻

Friendly staff here, they are very helpful. Overall you get great machinery to workout with and they keep them very clean with COVID being a case

I absolutely love this gym. Staff are friendly and facility very clean. I also feel safe as everyone is wearing a mask and maintaining a good distance apart.

I enjoy the work out machines. The staff at the east Appleton wi center is friendly. I love the personal trainer, Angela. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I'm not so impressed with the "classes" the facility state they have. There is not a room for the trainer to give classes. I would be interested in taking specific classes with other members.
