Train with Ricky if you get a chance. Unlike most coaches, he doesn't come out of the woods to impress you like he's a born robot. He's upfront and honest, will tell you about his own training experiences and how far he's come twhich will keep you motivated to reach you goals. He's a personable and chill guy who will share life experiences, down to earth while training you. All said and done, be ready to work your butt off because he's going to challenge you each week to try harder if you want it.
