This gym is too nice to be SOOOOOOO DIRTY!!! Let's do better. The bathrooms, water fountains, floors, mirrors etc... are filthy!!!

I can’t believe these guys are getting out of hand. They are so dirty. Do they have people clean them anymore? Carpets and floors looks so flight as though they don’t get any maintenance throughout the day at all.

Great spot for basketball but working out with no working water fountains upstairs and I 50+ a month for this! I'll be going to the one in fort worth since they have water fountains that work more of a drive but there up to date. I have to walk all the way down stairs near the basketball court just for water! Paid 4.50 plus taxes for a gatorade and later got another one for 2.50 lol idk 🤷‍♂️

I’m new to Arlington, looking for a new gym. I’ve been going around getting free passes to find my new home. This place is so disappointing. 10 cardio machines are broken today. 10! It’s really dirty here too. And this place is not cheap monthly like some places. What is going on? I went to a 24 Hour in Pflugerville a couple of years back and it was so nice. Are they going to fix the machines? Clean? LA fitness was nicer, but here I can bring a buddy. 🙁

Not one single stair master machine is working properly. All of them are skipping a step and making a loud noise. Also how do you how one 90lb dumbbell in the gym? Smh

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a gym so dirty, broken and unfriendly. 80% of the equipment is broken. The entire locker room is closed and no one notifies you at check in. Where is the annual fee Money going if not to better the facility. I suggest the location be closed immediately.

Unprofessional staff and treated poorly.Me and my significant other are loyal members to this gym so we usually park in the back. While we were working out this morning, the staff approached us and told us that we need to move our vehicle but yet, there was a Caucasian woman that was in her car sleeping in the same exact area where we were parked. Also to add on. she was not a member to the gym. I will gladly be taking my money elsewhere and also contacting the headquarters because this is honestly ridiculous. And for the cops to be called was uncalled for.

The staff is nice but I have tried calling this location multiple times over the past month to renew my membership which I have yet to be able to do. No one ever picks up the phone. Every time I inform the staff of broken equipment or dirty floors, stairs, etc. the normal response is we will take care of it. It took more than 3 weeks to get paper towel pieces removed from the stairs which is hazardous if someone slips on them. I will be looking into other fitness centers and/or locations as I can't seem to get anyone on the phone to get my membership taken care of.
