ASI Gymnastics - Arlington

Great gym. Sales staff is very helpful. They try their best to accommodate you even if they do not have availability in certain classes. Coaches are also really good with the kids. They make it fun to learn gymnastics.

ASI is truly an excellent gym for recreational activities to let kiddos get their wiggles and giggles out. Coaches like coach Cruz and James are worth their weight in gold Team couch Tiffany is second to none. It's unfortunate more team coaches aren't available to help little develop in the sport of gymnastics.

Great place for kids to get some sillies out, be around other kids, learn to follow direction, and learn gymnastics moves (obviously lol). Highly recommend Coach Cruz. My 3 year old son has been going for 3 weeks and absolutely adores him and the class as a whole. Also huge shout out to Stephanie for helping with my account set up and scheduling. Great staff!

My pre-teen daughter loved the coaches and their enthusiasm. I share the same thought. Everytime I took my daughter to her evening sessions, all the staff would greet me with smiles and enthusiasm. I also liked that the coaches would put a face to the child to the parent when picking them up. Keep the SMILES and the energy!!!

Great coaching staff! Coaches are very attentive to the little ones needs. On the flip side the sales staff is amazing on taking care of any questions or concerns a parent may have. Seeing Coach Favi work both the desk and help little ones is great!

My wife and I have been bringing our son here for about 3 years. We love this place. The office staff (favi) and coaches (especially James and Cruz) have been nothing but helpful and have taken a vested interest in the kids. We are expecting another child and plan on enrolling him ASAP.

I am extremely disappointed in how we were taken care of today, or the lack of. My daughter had a trial class last week. Everything worked out great. We talked to the coach after and she mentioned that my daughter could stay in her class if we were comfortable with that. We agreed and said we’d be back next week, which was today. There has been no communication from ASI since that day. We left and came back today. Upon arriving, I let the lady at the front know that she was in this class last week and was returning. She then told me that the classes for 6 PM were full and that I never “completed the enrollment.” I asked her how I was supposed to do that, and her response was “well all the classes are full” and offered 5 PM class or to be put in the waitlist. There was no guidance in “completing the enrollment” nor was I contacted to complete it. I just showed up because I thought I had already completed everything when I signed her up through their portal online the first time. My daughter was crying that we had to leave. In the car, I checked online to find that the class was actually OPEN. I went back inside and there was another lady there (her daughter was with mine last week) who was registering her daughter for the same class and once she was done, the girl went to the floor with the coach. However, when it was my turn and I showed her that the class was open, she registered us and said the class was full today and she could start next week. Coach Kayleigh had THREE kids, including the girl that started today. My daughter would have made 4 students. My husband and I were greatly displeased with the service we were given. The lady at the front lacked basic customer service.

This is great place to bring your kids. I love the atmosphere and the staff is amazing. However, there were parents that were not wearing their masks properly and nothing was said. Highly upset to see that none of the staff said anything to them. They were rubbing their noses and I could even see their mouths while they talked to each other. It's sad to see parents putting potential danger to the staff and kids there. I would've liked to see staff enforce their own guidelines.Will update if staff ever decides to do anything about it.

My sister chose this place for my niece's birthday party since she is a student here. It was amazing!! James and Kaiya were awesome. We had the whole place to ourselves. They took care of all the activities and helped the kids the whole time. I would highly recommend this place for a party. Ask James to say, "Now my signs are on fire!!!"

My family and I love ASI Arlington! We've been going here for classes for several years now. My son absolutely loves his coaches, currently working with Coach Cruz and Coach James. He is constantly improving and showing off his new skills to friends and family. The staff is also supper helpful and positive. We always look forward to seeing Favi at the front desk. She is hard working and very involved with the kids. This is a great place for boys and girls of all levels to do classes. Keep up the great work ASI Arlington!
