I absolutely love my new gym at Colaw Fitness! The staff are supper informative and the atmosphere is refreshing! They have a lot of programs to choose from to get you to your fitness goals! All the equipment is neat and operates perfectly and the massage room is my favorite!I highly recommend this gym!

This is a fun conveniently located near the Parks mall. It is open 24/7 and provides a great incentive for participation with a discounted rate for people that come at least 12 times in a month. I’m super excited to grow physically and mentally here. Destinee was quick to attend and diligent with me and get started on a membership.
