If I could give this place 0 starts I would. My husband and I set up our payments to be auto drafted monthly the annual fee too. My husband goes there one day and he’s berated about not paying an annual fee while it’ was literally pending on our checking account. Today he went in again and they told him he hadn’t payed the annual fee and he showed them it was already posted they told him I had an account there but I wasn’t even there!! All of the payment were set up to come out of the same checking account, and I work for the same bank so I know we wouldn’t stop it from being double charged. He canceled our membership right then and there because it’s an issue on their end not ours. Save your money and go somewhere else

Chile no I hate this gym they not helpful and I request a personal trainer two months ago still haven't had a consult. Try to cancel membership they slide a contract under my nose with the promotion! Pay attention with these deals they are not deals they are deceptive practices. I just cancel my card lol 😆 because why do I have to pay for something I can't get any use out of.

Two different employees lied to my face and tried to steal MONEY from me. The first by signing me up for a year of personal training; luckily I thoroughly read the contract on the third day and cancelled!! Secondly, I went to cancel my month to month membership and the dude said I had to wait because I signed a year commitment. I went out to my car and pulled up my contract, on my phone, where it stated, ON THE FIRST LINE, cancel anytime.DO NOT GO TO FITNESS CONNECTION ARLINGTON.

I am giving this place 1 star because they really deserve 0 stars they were not understanding at all on how I drove 20 minutes just to work out with an guess pass and I didn’t know you needed an I.D just to work out at there gym I’ll never return back to this terrible location!

They try and force u 2 pay 10 bucks 4 their keytag! Won't tell u that u can use the app 2 check in 4 free. Grocery stores and other retailers give u free cards and key tags, initially and replacements!

I like fitness connection because it has the dance classes. I personally don't like to work out but I love going to the classes. I don't want to figure out the machines. The classes give me an all over work out and have fun in the process.

I started out here, and eventually went to the other location in Forest Hill, which is better than this place. I came here today since the other one was too packed. Anyway, it has been over a year since coming back to this one, and there are a few things I still see that are broken. If you want more variety in equipment and faster maintenance for equipment, Forest Hill is better.
