I’ve been a member of a lot of gyms and done a lot of workout programs. But i was getting older, busier, and more stressed. Finding time to workout was hard, and I hated fighting the crowds. I absolutely love HotWorx because: 1)I can work out on my own time anytime of the day, 2) I can work out by myself if I want to or with others if I want to, and 3) I can do a simple 15 minute workout and still get the benefits of a much longer workout thanks to the infrared sauna properties. I’m sure every HotWorx location is amazing, but I happen to think this one is the best! The owners Tony and Jenny are super friendly and really get to know you and offer any help and support you need.

This is a great workout while being easy on my old and sore joints. The sauna workout is so good! I love all the variety. Jenny and Tony are welcoming as the owners and make everyone feel like a new friend.
