Probably my favorite LA fitness around the Arlington area—nicely air conditioned, clean, fitted with newer equipment (such as a hip thrust machine, stepper, etc) that are also newer in condition, has quality speakers with theater like quality, good music from a wide range of genres (Left Right by XG, Barbie World by Ice Spice & Nicki Minaj, Genie in a Bottle by Christina Aguilera, Rehab by Amy Winehouse, etc) and generally less people than other locations nearby.

Friendly staff people mind their business. Sauna A1. Plenty machines wish they closed a little later on weekends but great gym overall .

I purchased a membership for when I come to Texas. I used it once and had a horrible experience at this gym. When signing up I was never informed of a yearly fee. I tired to cancel and they said I have to come in person to handle. I informed them that Denver does not have a LA fitness, they recommended me to call corporate and speak with them due to their cancel policy being in person. I called corporate and they were happy to assist and said that is not true, you do not have to be in person to cancel. They resolved this and sent me over a copy of the cancelation and let me know that I do not have to pay the yearly fee because I only went once and that everything is all set... Fast forward to today... I have received NUMEROUS phone calls from the location and have informed them of the cancellation and they are insisting I still have an active membership and demanding I pay... I have asked for their manager to call me back on this regards and still have not had a response back. This place is a joke and they do not understand the words "Stop calling me and harasing me for money I do not have to pay" I have asked if I am able to send over the cancellation from corporate and I get "Uhh, IDK you have to talk to the manager" . Well if she would call me back, the I would not have to be rude to the people calling me over and over again saying they are notating my account.

For the most part, the facility is pretty good. The equipment is solid and pretty up to date, the boxing bags are good quality and cycling bikes too. Staff is friendly and I’d rate higher if the hours were better on weekends

A truly phenomenal gym as far as commercial gyms goes. As for qualities about the gyms, it currently has an older demographic. The gym itself it incredibly spacious and has rooms for boxing, swimming, Zumba, basketball, and Racket Ball. Best part of all is the staff. The staff is incredibly friendly and personable. Provided you find yourself in the area, and you are not into small private gyms, this is likely the best gym experience you will have.

The remodel looks great. I was very disappointed to see the same old, worn machines and equipment. Come on LA Fitness. These machines are old!! I would know. I've been a member for about 12 years.Update- I'm seeing new equipment!!

That cool guy named Josue, he's real helpful and fun to chat with, definitely deserves a Raise. From what I saw of him he keeps the machines clean as often as possible, the rest of the staff make sure the floors stay very well maintained as well. Overall, very good place.

Really starting to dislike la fit simply for the fact that they have replaced dry paper towels with sopping wet dryer sheets. …

The workout equipment is great. Men’s Locker room —showers are quite below standard. Shower heads only put out a blast stream. Valves are hard to work, seem broken. Don’t even bother to use the soap and dispensers. Hardly any soap and does not produce suds. Going to a different club. The management here has done nothing although this has been brought to their attention.

Nice place. I go here every regularly. They just remodeled it, and it's nice. I've worked out my whole life, and they have everything you would need for bodybuilding/fitness.
