This gym is soooo nasty. Hair everywhere. Thr jacuzzi had dirt floating. The equipment is rusty, and the staff just sits on their phones. Yuck🤮 …

Always a great workout here. Has everything you need, only thing that would make it better would be a chest-supported T-bar rowing machine but stellar line up like any other LA fitness. Front staff are very welcoming and place is pretty clean

Great remodel, love the racquetball rooms so I can go off and do my exercises alone. The front desk staff is always very kind and accommodating, especially Shawana! Lots of amenities as well. The monthly price is not bad although they will get you with that start up fee.

It's a good gym and very well kept, better than going to any planet fitness.

I love this gym but I really wish they had better smith machines that reach low enough to do hip thrusts definitely not short people approved. But other than that good gym.

I usually go to this location the most. They have an issue with keeping a janitor there. Sometimes the locker area for men is nasty regarding empty paper towels, trash not taking out, and not checking the sauna for trash. They don't clean the shower walls as much sometimes mold on 6 and shower curtains. Since the renovation the gym 🏋️♂️ part is usually clean. Weights are not everywhere

I have been a LA fitness since it opened there. Most of the equipment is worn out and outdated. Same as the downstairs equipment. I go to other LA fitness in the area. They have been updated at some time after they opened.

I enjoy the gym even though unfortunately a lot of the equipment needs maintenance. The bathrooms would need a lot of upgrading since you can see the rust on the doors.

I like it! They have great customer service and are very informative! They have awesome ways to relax and decompress not just working out, like saunas, pool, and jacuzzi plus many classes to keep yourself and family engaged! There is room for some improvement in the restrooms and weight room where some machines could use some tlc but overall is a great place!

Almost all their treadmills are extremely outdated with broken knobs, buttons, fans, HR sensors. (See pics)Also the cleaning lady who vacuums the weight room is extremely rude. I'm not sure why she always starts vacuuming at peak hr. She'll push people's things with the vacuum. As I was working out she started vacuuming around me and was purposely bumping my feet with the vacuum. I watched her do it to SEVERAL people. It's very awkward and it makes people stop in the middle of their set to move aside or move their stuff. No excuse me or I'm sorry, anything! I don't understand why she doesn't do it BEFORE or AFTER peak hrs. I've gone to a few LA fitness gyms and I've NEVER experienced that anywhere else. Overall this location is highly disappointing!
