MetroFlex is the Texas Mecca for the hardcore athlete! No yoga offered here, just hardcore iron for the serious athlete or novice looking to breathe in excellence. I always train here when in town and Aaron, Steve, and the ABBS Team are always willing to help. Go train where legends like Ronnie Coleman, Branch Warren, Johnnie Jackson, Aaron Sparenberg, and Guy stomped!

I drove about an hour from North Dallas to workout here at high noon on a nice hot August day and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The owner was incredibly nice and I can't wait to visit again.

It's a gym, if you're looking for a Goodlife/24 h fitness this is not the place! This is a place that the music's loud, the weights are old and you pick stuff up and put it down! Absolutely amazing vibe! Staff and fellow gym rats are super friendly!

This is definitely one of my favorite gyms to workout, as the atmosphere makes me want to hit it harder than I have anywhere else! The equipment is hardcore, and definitely a place for the like-minded individual. The owner is a great guy, and this place has such a great history! Many big names frequent this location, to which I have had the pleasure of running across multiple times. This is the reason I come to Texas once a year and it is worth it!
