The atmosphere is very welcoming and willing to help at anytime. Kryi is a great trainer and is always pushing me to reach my goal. Not only does she train me on my workouts but also gives good nutrition and clean eating advice which I love.

Issac is a great trainer. Always professional and very dependable. He will help keep you moviated and moving forward with your fitness goals. I’ve known him personally for years. I consider him a good friend and a trainer. Call him, you won’t be disappointed!!

After a bunch of marginal to bad experiences with the big gyms where the good trainers don’t last for than 90 days, I discovered Brandon who has been training me for years now. He has a wholistic approach including the guidance and accountability for my excersize, diet and managing stress levels. Trainers all basically charge the same so it makes sense to get someone who’s really good at what they do and truly enjoys what they do.

Excellent facility with professional and knowledgeable staff. I’ve been dedicated to this gym for more than 5 years. I love the flexibility and convenience to my schedule and my home. The name says it all...strength and conditioning taken to the next level. You get results that last. The trainers educate you on your nutritional and physical well being without the pressure. AAAA++++ Highly Recommended for anyone looking for a change in their workout regime. Special thanks to my personal trainer Isaac F! Got me to my desired goal and I’m unstoppable!

I have been working out at NTX for almost two years now with a trainer. It’s an old school experience. Knowledgeable staff, free weights and a complete understanding of how to train, eat and live. The accountability is great and the results for me have been tremendous. If you are looking to keep an aging body sharp, I highly recommend Brandon and his team.

I've really enjoyed working with Brandon and his staff at NTX. He is very knowledgeable not just with fitness but with diet and life balance. The gym is always clean and has everything you need for different workouts. My wife and I both see him and would highly recommend him to anyone.

The level of attention & care the NTX team provides to your overall well-being is unmatched.Brandon takes the time understand what your overall plans & goals are, then custom tailors a long term regimen for you. He makes a continued effort to send me workouts and eating tips throughout the week. During our training days, he also takes the time to educate me on why he chooses certain exercises for me, and why he recommends I eat certain foods (and avoid others); breaking it down to a scientific level.I've been visiting the NTX team weekly, for a little over 7 months now and have no intentions of stopping or quitting.

I've been working with Brandon for almost 3 years. He is wonderful! He comes up with challenging workouts for each session. He also educates you on your food choices and emphasizes clean eating. Plus, he will share his recipes with you! He's all about your complete health - not just workouts but also reducing stress and getting plenty of sleep. I highly recommend him!
