Gym line sent me to voicemail. After, I called 11 times . I wanted to join the first 5 calls went through but the other didn’t went straight to voicemail. I was going to join but , I’ll pass. One star for actually being the place of business.

I love this place, I started here a little over a year ago when it was changing management and Stephen took over. The place is kept tidy and clean, all the patrons are friendly and helpful, nice gym culture, and a hassle free environment from my experience.I’m moving away so I won’t be able to workout here anymore if it weren’t a 50 min drive I’d still come here. 100% would recommend

You can tell the new owners take pride in their gym. The equipment and entire gym is clean and well sanitized. Any questions you may have are answered promptly and professionally. Keep up the good work!

Visiting from Mississippi & this is my 4th time using this gym. This was by far the best time. The new equipment was nice & clean. The environment much like home was pleasant.

24/7 gym! What, yes a gym that will give you access to competing at a higher level of fitness, losing some weight, or wanting a community to exercise alongside. New management is spicing up the place and making this one of the greatest places to train in Arlington, Grand Prairie, Euless area. Check it out today!Been training here for months and have really enjoyed the atmosphere, environment, and staff that are an encouragement constantly!

I think Karla did a fantastic job setting me up with my membership. The service I received was phenomenal. I needed a gym membership on late Sunday night.. Karla made that possible within 30 minutes! She even told me to drive safely. The gym was clean and nobody was there. It was perfect! So happy with my membership.

Decent gym with enough to get a good work out. Where it falls majorly flat is the customer service. I tried to cancel my membership for 3 months and could never get anyone on the phone. When I did finally get someone on the phone, I was told she would email me stuff to cancel. After 2 weeks of no email, I called over and over till I got someone again. I then had to pay for an additional month because of this. Not only that, but also got charged a yearly fee this month because my membership was not canceled when I wanted. If you want a good workout, they are great. If you actually need to reach anyone though, you are screwed. Go to a larger gym with an actual customer service team, and not this excuse for a gym.

Best gym I’ve ever gone to. Not too crowded so I never have to wait or fight over the equipments. Get there, get the workout done, then leave. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
