The Camp has been one of the best things to happen to me. I was ready to make a life change but just needed some direction. The Camp gives you all the tools needed to accomplish your fitness goals, the only thing they ask you to bring to the table is a winning attitude and to do your very best! The “Family” feel in the camp was amazing, I truly felt like everyone wanted me to succeed. Being around nothing but positivity also helps achieve goals. They made sure to ALWAYS answer my questions and were always available. They also PUSHED me to my limits! I recommend this place to ANYONE who wants to make a change!!!!

If you’ve been sitting around thinking to yourself “I know I need to start working out. I really need to get in shape. I really should start eating better.” Stop your thinking and just go to The Camp. Trust me! They make the journey to fitness enjoyable. Everyone here, from the staff to the members, are kind, supportive, and positive. This isn’t your ordinary gym! They’ll actually educate you on your form and nutrition. It’s 1000% percent worth it! Remember, your health is an investment. If you can throw hundreds to thousands of dollars away a month on food, alcohol, clothes, hair, makeup, entertainment, etc. you can ABSOLUTELY afford this. Everything I’ve learned here I’ll be able to carry with me to maintain great health for the rest of my life. I’m seriously glad I decided to join the 6-week challenge. I was hesitant at first and I wasn’t in the best frame of mind to start. I had life hitting me from all directions but I knew I needed to take better care of myself. Most of the time action comes before motivation so I went for the challenge and I have no regrets. Thanks Camp 😉

I can’t say enough about how much I love what the work outs and food program do for me. This hit la all aspects of life: better physic, better sleep, better mood, clearer mind. I personally am better motivated by group work outs, and can’t push myself the same way when I try work outs at home. The options available for class times are excellent, and can for pretty much fit any schedule. My husband has been so impressed with the results he is joining now too. Highly recommend you check this place out.

6 weeks to drop 20lbs might seem impossible, but if you stick to the plan, it is totally possible. Everyone is so positive and motivating. From the owners and the employees to the people working out with you. There are many avenues of support. I'm not going to say it's easy. It is hard to break bad habits and get used to new, better, healthier ones. But after the second week, everything starts getting easier and becomes second nature. I love the workouts. It doesn't matter if I go full out or have to take it a little easier, I always break a sweat and get a good workout in. Overall, I really enjoy going to The Camp.

I have been here for last 9 weeks or so. I did my detox 21 day challenge and then later did my hardbody challenge. They have guided me with my diet and I have followed my diet & kept consistency with my pre workout and have attended classes. I recommend this place to anybody. I have learned so much and was able to successfully complete the challenge. Special mention to Blake for answering all my questions.

I have nothing but great things to say about The Camp Transformation Center. I started my weight loss journey a year ago on my own, but there came a point where I hit a plateau. I was stuck and knew I needed help. I had seen the results my brother had since he joined The Camp and I decided to give them a try. Joining The Camp was a wonderful decision! I am much leaner and stronger then before. The Camp staff is incredible and extremely helpful and friendly. It is a great atmosphere from the moment you arrive, everyone is friendly and helpful and always willing to help you keep track of your goals. If you are debating to start, I highly recommend you to take the plunge and see for yourself what The Camp is about.

I was reluctant to start the challenge at first, but my sister lost 27.4 lbs in 6 weeks and although she lives over 1,000 miles away, she found the location near me and encouraged me to sign up. Thank you, Kayla and Camp Arlington. I love the atmosphere; the people are friendly, and the trainers are very supportive. The workouts are rewarding and challenged me to push myself further than I would have working out alone. This was the best decision I’ve made this year and I’m so happy with the results. I lost 23.4 lbs in my first challenge and I’m looking forward to starting the second challenge.

Hello I just finished the 6week challenge and lost 24lbs and this is my review. I have for many years made an effort to change my eating habits along with not having a sedentary lifestyle. I own several fitness video programs as well as have fitness equipment in my house. However the motivation, accountability along with the encouragement to bring about a lasting change was missing. Then my wonderful wife found this incredible place The Camp Transformation Center. We found from the moment we stepped in the building being complete strangers a welcoming attentive and motivating environment. The staff is amazing they greet and give personal attention to each person whom is there to embark on their journey to achieve they’re fitness goals. The manager Blake is fantastic and has certainly created the right place with the right people to help anyone find success in achieving what ever goals they set before them. The coaches are incredible, each giving a different style of energy that ensures you are have a great workout every time you show up for a class. Thank you Blake and your amazing team for this life changing experience. The way the fitness challenges and daily workouts are set up one has to only follow the nutrition instructions show up and you can’t fail, this I have come to now personally. I most certainly recommend this place for anyone searching for a recipe for success. It takes great effort to bring about great change but stick with it and you will succeed.

7/27/2020. Today I finished my first 6 week challenge and I lost a little over 25 pounds!!! I had a baby back in February and I was a bit worried that being a new mom would make it difficult to get to the workout classes and to eat FTDI. This camp is very supportive and they motivate you to keep going. I recommend this camp to people trying to get healthy. It won’t be easy and you won’t lose 20 pounds in a week, but if you keep doing everything in the camp Bible, you will be successful (NO CHEATING! Even if you think that you can eat pizza because you killed it at the workout, STOP! It’s not worth it lol!). I’m excited for my second challenge!!With this challenge, I lost my quarantine weight. Now I’m hoping to lose my baby weight in the next challenge lol.
