A wonderful environment! Robin is a great trainer who listens to clients and adapts plans as needed. The classes are loads of fun! No pressure to do what doesn’t feel right to you and can be enjoyed by a range of levels.

All Bodies is a haven in Asheville--a space of radical hospitality and joyful embodiment. Workouts are designed to meet each human exactly where we are. You leave stronger, more connected, and buoyed by the real truth that all bodies are good bodies. This is a culture of deep inclusion and play.

Never in my life have I been able to keep a regular movement routine… until All Bodies! I’m so grateful for Betsy as she is the common denominator for so many good things in my life. Sometimes I show up because I want to sweat. Sometimes I show up because I want to stretch. Every time , I show up for the community.

I've been doing private virtual training with Betsy at All Bodies Movement for about a year now and it has greatly improved my mobility and quality of life! I have a chronic illness and spent years struggling to find sustainable movement options without causing further pain and fatigue. Betsy has helped me learn how to listen to my body and pace myself while also building strength and mobility. Overall, my pain and fatigue have drastically decreased, and I am able to move my body in ways that I didn't think I'd ever be able to do enjoyably. All Bodies Movement has helped me repair my relationship with movement and my body, and I would highly recommend them!

I am so grateful that a friend told me about All Bodies Movement!! This is a gym where the trainers completely meet you where are you are… And there are no mirrors! As a fat, queer woman I feel completely at home in this gym, especially during small group strength classes.

This is easily the best place to workout in Asheville. I say that because not only is this a body positive LGBTQ+ friendly space but the workouts are fabulous and the instructors are wonderful humans who are damn good at their jobs. I started working out here last year and will never leave, it’s AMAZING!

The best fitness & wellness studio in town. As a fitness professional in a larger body who is also neurodivergent, it's the first fitness place I've felt like I can just relax, be myself, & have fun sharing the message of JOY in movement. 🥰 …
