The teachers are excellent. I love that it’s true yoga and the practices are inspired and inspiring. Also, I live out of state, so I love that I can take the classes virtually and for a time after the classes. The flexibility is awesome.

Last weekend I competed the Mantra weekend w Michael - I'm sure I don't have to tell you what a phenomenal person, resource and teacher he is. The weekend was engaging, informative and so vast. Michael's knowledge and wiliness to share, converse and listen was refreshing to experience during these times. During the breaks he stayed available to chat and answer questions; so supportive and kind. Thank you again for such quality and true learning; I'm very grateful. Looking forward to learning more from him and hopefully one day make my way from St. Louis to Asheville.

I continue to be impressed with AYC!The instructors are so knowledgeable and do such a great job presenting info to students. The level of training you receive as a student under one of their programs is second to none! Thanks AYC for maintaining such a high level of integrity and quality in all you do!

Came to Asheville from the Raleigh/Durham area and it was completely worth it for a weekend of classes at AYC! Studio staff were friendly and welcoming, beautiful space to practice yoga in- loved that the doors to the studios were open during classes. Teachers were kind, welcoming, and professional. The class with Joe Taft was the most enjoyable class I have taken in a long time. The community Kitan with Michael Johnson was wonderful.

My daughter and I recently attended a wonderful class at Asheville Yoga Center. The facility is beautiful and so well cared for. Our instructor, Luna, was welcoming and offered great instruction that combined movement with spirituality, chanting, and lovely music. We will definitely go back!

My wife and I attended Rosie's class during our week visiting Asheville. We LOVED it, and we both agree that if we were to stay longer and do more yoga, we would absolutely visit the studio as much as we could. It was great yoga - oriented towards functional mobility while also working up a sweat - and an even better community. Everyone is so friendly and you could tell there was a genuine connection between everyone.

Michael was one of the best yoga instructors I've experienced here in Asheville. I truly enjoyed his wisdom and knowledge of yoga history and evolution. He has a beautiful singing voice and just the right amount of humor during class. The space is clean and well equipped. I appreciate the ability to open the doors to the outside space too! This was my first experience here and I look forward to returning.

Such a cool space! Came here while visiting from out of town and absolutely loved it. Took Power Flow on Saturday and it felt so wonderful - Sonya was an excellent instructor!! The studio was such a big, beautiful space and it felt like a bustling community. I'll be back!
