If you haven't been to OTF you MUST try it! Think 80's aerobics fun without the leg warmers...a hard-core fun workout that WORKS!!! Never been more fit in my life!Turn orange!

I'm from Colorado and was able to find time during a work trip to Asheville to workout at the local OTF. The team was very welcoming and I could tell they truly enjoyed their work. I travel often for work, some studios are blah and some studio are amazing. OTF Asheville is amazing!

Orangetheory Fitness Asheville is the best workout in town! I have tried many different gyms, but OTF is the one that I have been able to stick with. It's templates, aweseome coaches, and uplifting environment makes it easy to fall in love with! Definitely worth checking out.

This is my favorite place to workout in Asheville. The heart rate monitors keep you accountable to working to your true capability.Everytime I come to class I leave performing better than I thought I could have because of the coaches and the members next to me! The coolest part is YOU get to PICK YOUR OWN PACE!Love this place, we're a family!

The staff is great and the workouts are exactly what I need to get back into shape. It doesn't matter how in or out of shape you are, there are a variety of people coming to the classes and you go at your own pace. Great workouts!

The workouts are great! Challenging always, but very doable. The staff is awesome at Asheville OTF! They're committed to every member and certainly make you feel welcome when you walk into the studio. I definitely recommend trying Asheville OTF for anyone who is looking for a great place to workout.

A group fitness workout that changes each time you go. I like that they offer 5am classes so I can get in a workout before work. The 5 am classes are only MWF so the classes on Tuesday Thursday start at 6:15am.Even though its a group class you are monitored by your heart beats per min and you use that information to push yourself to get better.Really cool concept which is working great for me. I still weight train on other days at a separate gym but this workout is really helping me lean out so I can look better.

The workouts are pre-planned, you don't have to "think about what workout should I be doing today". Simply arrive on time and be willing to participate.The workouts are not always the same, the classes mix up the exercises in a way that, over time, you get a full body workout and your body doesn't "settle in" to a routine.It's a high energy group workout. The knowledgeable coaches provide feedback on using proper form for the exercises which helps to avoid injury and get the most out of the effort.Even though it is a group setting, each individual can put the amount of effort into the class that is comfortable for that individual. The workout is on time, in and out in an hour for the Orange 60 workout.If I had any suggestion, it would not have more that 4 floor exercises per floor block. It takes too long to explain the moves and cuts into the workout time.

I love several things about Orangetheory! The fact that it's a group class makes you want to push harder. I love the instructors. You feel like you have a personal trainer. If your forms not right with the weights they show you and I like that. Knowing how many calories burned in your workout each time is definitely motivation for the next class! I'm so glad I joined!!
