It's a very difference experience from your typical Big Box Gym experience. Smaller classes with others who are committed to optimal health. Plus the second by second metrics of your efforts not only keeps you motivated but pushes you to do better each time as well as no one wants to be the slacker in the group. If you want a gym membership only for the status and aren't interested in actual results, OT is probably not for you. It's not cheap but what value do you place on your overall health.

Getting back into exercise after a long absence and after turning 50, I was nervous that it would be too much. But this workout can be modified to fit all ages and all exercise levels so it’s perfect. I always feel great about what I accomplished after a workout. Coaches are professional, helpful, and encouraging. Highly recommend!

I love that the workouts are always different. I never get bored or stuck in a rut.Coach Cori is my favorite coach! Not only is she fun she is very clear when directing us into the push and all out. When you’re trying hard to focus being really clear helps so much.I also love how the coaches commend people on putting forth extra effort during a workout without drawing too much attention to them. These workouts give me so much energy throughout my day and are a real stress reliever. I’m so glad I found Orangetheory!

I joined Orangetheory Asheville to lose some weight, but what I got has been so much more! Not only have I lost over 40 pounds, I feel fit and healthy for the first time in a long time and still surprise myself at what my body is capable of! Because of the structure of the classes and the encouragement from the coaches, I push myself harder then I would if I just went to an open gym to work out. The classes welcome any fitness level and encourage you to work at your own pace. The membership allows you to work out at any of their studios around the country, which is perfect if you travel but want to keep up with your routine. I have taken many fitness classes, hot yoga to crossfit, body pump to spin, but Orangetheory is the only thing that has me coming back day after day, year after year!

Orangetheory gives real results in real time!! The coaches are awesome and the classes are so fun! Being different every single day really keeps you wanting to come back and the hour just flies by! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy their workouts!

The most efficient workout in an hour! Amazing support from the community and staff. The best part is that it alleviates the stress of having to plan what type of workout I have to do that day. I can just walk in and let the coach guide me and just do the work at my own pace. I have muscles in places I never had before from any other workout with a trainer. It focuses on H.I.I.T., which was highly recommended by my functional neurologist. It has the whole package for a great price! With the premium membership going 3-4 times a week breaks down into $11 a class, which gives you all the tools you need to succeed.

I love that it is different every day. All the coaches are enthusiastic and willing to work with the whole spectrum of fitness levels. I am a beginner and do not feel judged or intimidated. They work with any limitations you might have but also push you to get out of your comfort zone into a space where you could be, but just might be holding yourself back from. The front desk staff is friendly. They remember your name after your first visit. I got sidelined by a ruptured eardrum and they called while I was out for surgery to check on me. They even put my membership on hold for 3 months due to my condition and made me feel at ease while I was out. I look forward to every class. I am not good at picking a workout myself at the YMCA or Gold's, so this class is perfect. It gives me encouragement, motivation and structure. I highly recommend this gym. It is changing my life in more ways than just fitness. It is helping me lose weight and gain self esteem. Can't say enough about this place.
