Pain and Gain brings community and care together with an excellent facility to make strength training fun. I look forward to going every morning and I know Mike will be ready with helpful advice, a joke, or some new protein shake concoction he has dreamed up. I always feel welcome, but also know that I won’t be able to give in to my laziness. As the Governator says, they’re gonna PUMP YOU UP 💪

Real gym, real people, real results! Can’t say enough good things about this place.The owners have built a welcoming environment with daily programming that’s sensible enough to suit every level of fitness and desired outcome. The facilities are excellent - no nonsense essentials to building a great strength foundation. The classes have easy-to-talk-to people, are just the right size, and even have a dedicated trainer to assist with maintaining the right form.After simply following the programming 3/4 days a week for six months, Pain and Gain has helped me drop several percentage points of body fat as well as lower my cholesterol levels by over 50 points. They know what they’re talking about!A gym with a culture this great is hard to find. Would give 10 stars if the limit went that high!

I always used to workout at home because big gyms can be intimidating but Pain & Gain is very approachable and has everything I need with a great community of people!
