Very loving family of martial artists. I have trained 4 times and each time I am amazed at the patience of not only the instructors (coaches) but the students as well. I am a super injured accountant who is 47 with severe injuries. Yet I train at for my age a high level with Rogue and my confidence and self esteem has improved. I haven’t been going here very long but damn does it work. Not only do I already feel more confident and comfortable with myself, I have so much more energy. The people here are amazing and the coaches know their stuff. If you’ve been afraid to pull the trigger on something like this, don’t be. Come to rogue and see it for yourselves

Rogue combat is the total package. I have enjoyed every session they provide and it’s a killer workout. They have classes for all levels with a progression plan laid out from the start. Great place to be with great staff.
