Workout Anytime Weaverville

the problems continue. CONTINUED FROM 8/24/2020. They didn't cancel my 13 year old daughter's account with mine. I was told to come in and cancel it AGAIN so I could get a refund. The manager refuses to talk to me.Really bad experience. I unfortunately cancelled my membership after about 8 months.The gym is really overcrowded at reasonable hours. The staff doesn't manage who is next in line so it's a free-for-all on the equipment. I tried contacting the manager on many occasions. No one contacted me back.When I cancelled, I asked for the corporate number so I could express my concerns. The front desk person (very nice) asked a gentleman in the back for a number and they told me that corporate "did have a number". I found the number, called corporate and finally got a call back tonight from a manager.The manager was breathing heavy, was short, and rude. I asked for him to give the owner my information so I can talk with them. He said he would give them the information.The manager refused to waive me a whopping $20 for the final month and cited company policy. I really enjoyed it for 8 months, but it's going the wrong way. If you are a member and want out, let them know asap. The manager will use the 30 day termination against you.

This has been a wonderful place. I have experience with several other gyms and I have no complaints about Workout Anytime Weaverville. The staff and management team have always been accommodating, especially during the more stressful and uncertain times as of late. I feel safe here and I am proud to call Workout Anytime my gym!

One year review: After one year, I'm still very happy with my decision to join. The facility is clean, the staff is very friendly and the equipment is well maintained unlike other commercial gyms. If you live in the area and are considering joining a heath club, you will not beat the price and convenience of Workout Anytime. Set yourself up for success, not failure.

Workout Anytime Weaverville is the best! I love this gym for many reasons. The staff are excellent, friendly, and helpful. The gym is always clean and has a great atmosphere. You feel like your part of a great team and community. I am very thankful that David started me on my fitness journey here!

I just joined this gym a few weeks ago after going to the same gym for years. I absolutely love this place. Well equipped, always clean, great amenities and extras included with my membership at a very reasonable monthly cost. Staff are super friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. I already feel at home here and am happy I made the switch!

I've been a member at many gyms over the years due to frequent moving. This gym is by far my favorite. The trainers and management are very knowledgeable and helpful. This gym has just about everything you need to stay fit and also has a family feel to it. I have personally witnessed the GM, Matt go out of his way several times to serve others. I highly recommend getting a membership whether you have worked out for years or want to start now. They will help you progress no matter where you are with your health. This is a good place to step out of your comfort zone and lean on the support of this wonderful staff.

This is a really great gym. I'm so glad they are opened again. There are some rules in place to keep their guests safe. It's a very affordable gym, $1 to join is not a gimmick. The equipment it well maintained and always clean. The staff are the best, always helpful, always with a smile. Coming to this gym is like coming home , each time I go there. I signed up in person and that process was really easy and pressure free. It's convenient, affordable, clean, and the environment is comfortable and welcoming.

Love to workout. Low key or intense. As you want. Staff is great to work with. No judging. Clean environment.
