I've been working out at 4 Quarter Performance since 2019 and I can tell you that you will get a really good work out here. It will not be easy, but you will have other people who have the same goal as you and that is to lose weight and change the lifestyle they were used to. Josh is a great leader and representative of the gym and has always wanted to best out of me personally.

I have been working out with 4th Quarter for over 6 months now and I cant even begin to express my gratitude for this gym! Not only have they transformed my body, but this community is unmatched ! The smartest and dopest people I know and we challenge and push each other. Josh has created more than a gym but a family.If you are like me and not a huge workout person but wanted to enact change in your life. This is the place to commit yourself to!

Joshua, Courtney and the whole 4th Qtr team are amazing. They are knowledgeable about workouts to help you achieve personal goals. I’m especially thankful they take time to show you the correct body movements/execution to maximize your workout and get real results. Things I love about this gym...- All trainers are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Moves I've been doing incorrectly for years have finally been corrected.- The gym is always clean and sanitized.- Booking training sessions is easy and convenient.- We keep up with not just weight but BMI as wellHave been recommending to anybody asking for a trainer.

I joined 4th Quarter in 2020 and immediately fell in love with the lively atmosphere and everyone's dedication. The workouts are phenomenal - there's not a day I didn't leave knowing I pushed myself and drenched in sweat. Results-wise: I joined to put on weight and saw increased endurance/muscle gains in less than 3 months.

It took me two years to find a quality gym in Atlanta. Not only are the coaches and workouts great, but the members are solid! Everyone pushes each other and you have a real sense of community both in the gym and outside the gym. #SaluteToTheGrind

So I've been with 4th Quarter Performance for over a year now. I started last April during the pandemic and while everyone was home gaining Covid weight, I was home working it out and I actually lost weigh via Zoom workouts!! Joshua and the rest of the trainers are awesome. They really care about your well being and health. They are informative and they welcome feed back and listen to your cares, concerns and needs.

I take virtual classes 3 days a week since quarantine (June 2020) and I love it because it gives flexibility with my busy schedule plus kids. Every mom should join the virtual classes!
