They claim they are UPDATING DUES TO DELIVER YOU GREAT EXPERIENCES! What great experiences as if the membership isnt already pricey enough! Nice gym however I’m considering ending my membership this month and if I dnt i definitely will never order from the cafeteria again to balance out this extra fee they’re adding on for their own greed! I’m sure I will be canceling tho

It's a great, clean club, just don't count on getting to the equipment you need between 4:00 and 7:00 on Mondays or Tuesdays (and sometimes Wednesday).

I have been to a lot of gyms in my day and this is by far the best one I have ever been to.

This gym is great, however they charged me for an extra month and didn't even bother calling me. They instead decided to hire a debt collection agency who was mailing my old address for 2 years. It is 2 years later, my credit score is now wrecked and nobody at the club cares, even though I didn't get to use the gym the extra month they charged. I just decided to pay the $140 charge and move on. This company really went from 5 star review to leaving a bad taste in my mouth real quick.

The mens locker room wet area is FULL OF MOLD! Just nasty and not what I expected in a "luxury gym". For the price of membership we should not be concerned about cleanliness nor our health. I contracted MRSA due to your unsanitary conditions!!!

Well equipped, comfortable, and attractive health club. I use a fraction of the amenities and I still feel like I am getting a good value.

I came by because I wanted to try out the gym for the day. Most gyms give you a chance to try it out one day, then ask about signing up after. They said I had to sign up immediately. I just walked out the door. Super Unprofessional. I’ve even heard other stories from friends as to how unprofessional the staff members are. Doesn’t surprise me. Even saw a review saying some of the weights are old, need to be replaced, and it needs to be renovated. Sounds like all they care about is money, and not the members. I don’t plan on ever coming back to this facility. Especially after an experience such as that.

I’ve been going here for about a month and as a dedicated gym goer I’m going to list the pros and cons as I have seen and experienced them…Pros:Very clean and I always see the cleaning people which is great. It’s doesn’t smell- except shower to be desired (see con)Lots of spaceReally nice staff.Nice pool with lots of lanes so I’ve only ever experienced it full once during peak hours, but not a big deal since you can jump in with othersLots of equipment- also needs updating they have three lifting platformsReally nice outdoor rig/ area and relaxing outdoor pool although I wish that’s where the lap pool was (yay sunshine)Cons:Needs a face lift- it’s dated.. the red walls and carpets have got to go- plus the women’s bathroom/ locker room needs some help there. Old broken mirrors and just needs some TLC/ updating bc it’s ugly lol.Especially being so close to the stadium and with competition of all the lifetimes out there I’d expect them to give it a little more love.Showers are nice& LOOK nice/new but could use a better weekly bleaching. Some mold which is normal for high traffic areas so wear you’re flip flops.Equipment: definitely needs some updating- could use a few more platforms. Always a wait for those even during slower times. Especially since there isn’t much other lifting floor besides turf outside of those. No hip thrust machine and maybe need a few more leg specific machines like a pit shark or pendulum squat.Rowers are clicky/rusted and they could use a few more. Same with the air bikes. It’s spread out- which i love- it’s just organized a little strange but that’s totally a personal preference. They don’t let you buy day passes so if my husband ever wants to come even just once in a while it’s a bit annoying. All and all a great place to get a good workout in- Not the most beautiful aesthetically lol. Most of all needs equipment updating- I’m a lifter so these parts are really important to me.Hope this helps!

Phenomenal atmosphere! Impressive amenities that border a resort style vacation. The leaders Trip, AJ and staff Dez & Cody made my membership experience amazing! Due to unforseen circumstances, I will be unable to attend the athletic club, but encourage any & everyone I know to join THIS athletic club over any area gym!

I joined this gym because the atmosphere was very welcoming when I toured.Throughout my experience I can say there are pros and cons just like any other place. For starters, I cannot emphasize enough that Kid Town is amazing to my little one. Ms.Shannon, Ms. Athena, Lauren and the other staff have been the most helpful and kind people to my toddler. They not only made me feel comfortable but my child as well. For the gym itself, It’s a pretty clean environment doesn’t smell like your typical gym for the most part but I will say the cons are their weight room is very small and needs new equipment, there are only two smith machines, and one or two of everything else (weight room). It can get hard to workout when group training sessions are taking up most equipment.Overall my experience has been good enough for us to stay but I really hope they take into consideration current members feed back.
