Working out at Armourbody has been a transforming experience. My energy and endurance has increased and I see a significant increase in definition. All the trainers are knowledgeable and motivating. Ben has been my role model for staying fit and is a fantastic trainer! Come out and try it for yourself!

The past few weeks, I have been trying Armourbody. It is intense, but such a fun workout. I really enjoyed Ethan as a coach! He had great music, and really helped motivate the entire class! I highly recommend!!

Such a great gym! Over the past 4 months, I have seen substantial improvement in overall strength and muscle tone. While all of the coaches are friendly and helpful, I highly recommend Ethan!

Usually when I lift by myself, I struggle to stay disciplined and don’t push myself hard enough. With armour body, I was gassed after 10 minutes & kept pushing the whole time. Kevin was amazing — motivating me to do more, keep going, and correcting my form — and the community was really positive & friendly. Would highly recommend!

Joining Armourbody was the best fitness decision I've made in a very long time. I go to 4 or 5 classes a week. In 2 months I'm seeing results I didn't see in years of going to the gym left to my own devices. With my schedule, I mostly see Jeremy and Steven, but every instructor I've had is fantastic. The different coaching styles are all effective and the variation helps push me further. The small classes let the instructors get to know my strengths and weaknesses so that they know how to push me (gently and less gently, but always just what I need). After only 2 weeks of the trial I signed up for recurring monthly unlimited and don't plan on changing my membership any time soon.

I’ve only been to one session so far, glutes/legs, and was very impressed with the training program and facility. Really nice choice of movements, with transitions theoughojt lower body. Proximity of free weights to the rack, serious integration of bands, bosu ball and benches, etc... made it quick/easy to achieve progressive overload (usually very difficult in a Group training environment). My butt is sore the day after (also typically difficult to achieve in a group training environment). Very satisfying gym experience, I’ll be back.

Armour Body is the only gym that ever made me want to quit Class Pass and get a membership. Their workouts are so effective. All of the instructors are absolutely amazing and each have their own unique coaching style. Nathan is my favorite. He makes the hour go by incredibly fast and I actually have a blast when I work out with him. 10/10 would recommend!!!

The gym is a great space to workout in. It's always clean, climate controlled, and you don't feel stuffed into a small space like many other gyms. The workouts are developed to target all the muscle groups depending on the day. Routines are changed up, so you don't get bored with doing the same exercise over and over. You will leave your training session feeling like you got your money's worth and more. I've seen great changes in myself over the past six months since joining. Thanks to Jeremy, Nathan, and Tod who have been the trainers for the classes I attend.

Armour Body is the best gym that I have been to. It is always a challenging workout and it is never repetitive so your body doesn’t get used to the workout. The instructors are all unique, but a challenging workout is consistent among all instructors. Jeremy’s class is the toughest yet most rewarding in my opinion (but they are all great). You will definitely get results if you go consistently!
