I absolutely love this gym! I visited all of the lifetimes in the greater atlanta area, and even the midtown athletic club, but this concourse felt like home. If you’re someone who prefers working out with the latest equipment and likes a high intensity environment, this may not be the place for you. But, if you enjoy a plethora of good quality amenities, a wonderfully friendly staff (and patrons), and a more spa like feel, I would choose concourse. I can’t imagine myself not coming here!

Club is not being maintained. 15 lights out in the basketball court for over 6 months. Pickleball courts were to be done in March...no ETA on when they will be ready. No tennis teams either.

The facility could be amazing. I have only been a member for 2-years but the maintenance seems to be an issue w new ownership. Only 10% of equipment on the 3rd floor around the track is fully functional. The jacuzzi in the ladies locker room hasn't functioned in 3-months- first 7-weeks were due to an on/off button and now it's barely warm. As a result of non-working spa amenities, I've cleaned-out and attempted to turned in my locker ($20 pr month) and left multiple voice & written messages beginning in October, still no response. I used to enjoy this club and hope new ownership can make the necessary repairs.Update: 1 month later and the facilities continue to decline. None of the equipment on the 3rd floor functions properly. Now the jacuzzi and steam room are dysfunctional in ladies locker room. No response from facilities manager yet on update as to when they will be fixed. At this point, I can only assume they have no intention of making repairs.

The place is great and has an abundance of amenities. Sadly the people that are members make it less welcoming than anything. My brother has autism and he gets the most from having a nice swim regularly specially in saline water pools. He does make noises here and there but we try to keep him in an indoor voice at all times. There’s a lot of ignorant people at the gym while there’s a lot more that are willing to talk and understand about his condition. It is very sad to hear from an ignorant person just how much it is a problem for them solely because my brother is stimming. To them he is just an annoying and selfish kid while others sympathize and don’t find it a problem.

clean gym, nice facilities and people. But the hours are very short, don't open until 8 am on weekends, close at 6, and weekdays don't open until 6 am. Tough to do am workouts before work. For $138 a month it should have real gym hours Membership has really slipped. It is quiet in there. Kind of sad

Good gym overall, with great service. Usually not crowded at all so I can use all equipment easily. However the facility is a bit outdated and needs a comprehensive renovation.

Love this club. The members are super friendly, many fitness classes offered daily, an outdoor and indoor pool, lots of social activities, great trainers, and all the usual machines and weights. The facility is very clean and has a great pub for an after workout refresher and bite to eat.

FYI. Towel service is allowed. Limiting your hours is not required. Classes are permitted. Stop putting pure bleach in the spray bottles and use something safer for all. Stop hiding behind the government requirements and own up to your poor decision making when responding to these reviews. Basically be better. Your favorite. Luke

Signed up a few weeks ago with Robert in the membership department. Got a 3 day pass to try out a few classes prior to joining. I got a good deal without the high pressure tatics that other clubs Use. If anyone in the Sandy Springs area is looking for a club experience vs a "gym" ....this is the place for you .
