I have been going to Orange theory fitness for a little over a year and I am so thankful for it! I travel a lot for work especially around Georgia, my home state. I have been to almost all of the locations in and around the Atlanta area and there is nothing like the Decatur location! The employees are welcoming and enthusiastic every class! I love how involved the owner is with the location as well. Love this brand and will continue to support it not only because of the fitness results, but because of locations like Decatur!

I've been a member of this OTF since it began, and over the years I have referred countless friends to join as well. I've always loved it here. I enjoy the trainers, the front desk staff, the owner, Zuzana. However, recent changes in regional management over the past year have really caused me a lot of disappointment. The vibe of the studio is changing- the trainers and front desk staff are the same great people, but it's clear that the studio has shifted from a "family" atmosphere to a "profit" atmosphere. Members are no longer looked after as family, but instead the studio is putting profit first at the expense of the members. It's very sad and I am going to have to cancel my membership. I will miss this family, or what it used to be.

Orange Theory Fitness (OTF) Decatur has truly been a blessing to me in helping me to get back on track with my fitness goals. I teach in the public school system as a special education teacher and I am constantly pouring out to students and families. I enjoy taking the 5:15 am classes at OTF Decatur because it allows me to get my workout before I have to report to school, and to start my day off knowing that I have taken time to do something life-enriching for myself. I have been a member of a number of gyms, but OTF has a research-based concept that is working for me and fits into my busy lifestyle. The staff and the instructors are great and I am glad that I found OTF Decatur, where it's greater!

Great team or trainers and all willing to explain how to get the most out of your workout.

The staff were extremely pleasant, albeit a bit pushy with the constant membership pitch. I only went for the initial free workout. With a little self motivation and a workout app, you can get the same, if not better interval & strenghth workout at no cost. It's a good option if you need some motivation and like the group training aspect. The Decatur location seems to have a really great community.

My wife and I absolutely love this place. OTF is a great workout in one hour. The concept is they color coded the heart rate zones and the workouts are guided by a coach between treadmill, rowing, and floor exercises. Everyone is equally working towards their optimal goals. It's fun and still challenging a year. This OTF studio is larger and has better light than the other ones I tried and the staff are great.

Orange Theory Fitness has transformed my life! I just started this program on Monday, 30 January 2017 and I have gone everyday since. This week I will go twice a day, because the vibe and results both physically and mentally are astounding. I am a prior athlete, turned reformed couch potato, who never really knew how or thought I could work out and become fit. OTF staff, trainers and patrons are so amazing they are introducing me to a whole new Kimberly... and I like her! "Don't wish for it, work for it!" If you try it once (for free), you too will sing their praises like me! Coaching with personal trainers; digital heart rate monitors with computer screens to motivate both individual and competitive performance; front desk/support staff check ins; positive energy from patrons and staff, to include trainers; showers and bottle refilling station.

I love the music, encouraging staff, atmosphere of the studio and the variability of the workouts per week. I'm the type of person that would skip endurance days if I knew ahead of time so I enjoy not knowing. I am also known to get bored with the same exercises so I am glad that things are different every class.
